Check-In Procedure - Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM. - Arrival Times: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. - Normally an employee will be present to greet you, if not, there will be a note on the front door with check-in instructions. - If you are arriving late, no worries a note will be left on the door for you with check-in instructions. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposit - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - When you book your reservation, your credit card will be charged the entire amount of your reservation. Smoking Policy and Vaping - Smoking or vaping inside any Bear Necessities structure is strictly prohibited. - Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors. - Smokeless tobacco, if you are old enough to use it you are old enough to dispose of it properly. - Failure to comply with the policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the card on file. - By booking with the Bear Necessities Cottages you expressly agree to follow this policy and understand that you may be subject to the cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is documented by the Bear Necessities Alaska staff. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - Pets may be allowed but only with permission prior to check-in. - There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee and pet procedures you will need to follow to ensure an additional charge of $50 will not be added. - These procedures include: using a lint roller to collect all hair, and picking up dog feces, you must keep your pet on a leash and you cannot leave the pet unattended in accommodations. - Any damages will be charged to the card on file. - If pets make excessive noise or are aggressive to other guests, you may be asked to leave with no refund. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Children are expected to treat property and other guests with respect. - Any damages your child causes will be charged to the card on file. Campground Cancellation Policy - If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. - In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 30 days' notice or shorten your stay, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation and no refund will be available. - Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. - A 60-day cancellation notice is required on whole property bookings and for some holidays and special events. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
