The three site categories are named for the view: lakefront, mountain view, and elite. All carry water and electric with site-delivered WiFi, a fire pit, and a picnic table. There's no sewer at the site, so plan on dumping elsewhere. Note the electrical: this is a 30-amp property, so a rig wired for heavier service will need an adapter and some load management. Pets are welcome.
The lakefront is private, with boat docks at the water for boating, fishing, birding, and picnicking. Five RV spots on a private Alaska lake is a genuinely rare arrangement.
Willow sits on the Parks Highway five miles from Hatcher Pass and its gold rush history and summer hiking, 35 miles from Wasilla, and 66 miles from Anchorage — with Denali and Talkeetna both day trips and a handful of good restaurants within a 20-mile circle.

Area Tips
- Take a day trip to Denali or Talkeetna, hike the Hatcher Pass and so much more.
- We do have some nice restaurants within a 20 mile circle.
Rules
Check In Procedure
- Check-in: 3 pm - 10 pm.
- Check-Out: 11 am.
- Stop at the office to check in.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
ATVs
- No ATV's etc on our property. You can drive them on the road, etc, but not off-roading on the property.
Marsh
- The marsh is a home for wildlife.
- Please don't disturb.
Pets
- Pets need to be leashed at all times.
- We have quite a bit of wildlife here, from birds to rabbits, and don't like them chased.
- Please also always clean up after your pet.
Wildlife
- Please do not bother the wildlife, Loons, Cranes, etc, they are here to live, nest, and raise their young.
Boulders and Stones
- Please do not throw boulders or stones into the lake 1.
- You'll bother the lake live 2.
- We paid lots of money to bring it in to make this a nice place.
Private Dock
- Our private dock is for fishing, loading, and unloading of boats only.
- It's not a play place for kids.
Quiet Time
- Quiet time is from 10 PM til 8 AM.
- No dogs barking, Kids running and playing loudly, sitting on fire, having adult conversations, not bothering neighbors, is acceptable
Guest
- If you have any guests, they need to leave the facility by 8 pm.
- Guests are not allowed to stay the night.
Kids
- Kids and pets cannot be left unattended.
- Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cancellation Policy
Mooseberry Cabins Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in.
- 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior, the reservation is no longer refundable.
- Note: all refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
RoverPass Cancellation Policy
- The platform and processing fees are non-refundable.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
