Forty-seven sites span standard back-in, standard pull-thru, super back-in, and super pull-thru categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp, sized to 45 feet. Four tiers keep booking simple — pick your configuration and whether you need the extra room. A laundry and restrooms handle the practical side.
An outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and spa anchor daily recreation, with a fitness center, clubhouse, game room, craft room, library, billiards, shuffleboard, pickleball, and a dog park filling the rest. Pets are welcome.
The spa-centered wellness focus paired with genuine creative programming is what distinguishes this from the East Valley's many other active-adult properties — a craft room and library alongside the pool and courts make for a fuller day than shuffleboard alone. Rules
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 1:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
RV Terms and Conditions
- 1. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- 2. Please obey all speed limit and traffic signs.
- 3. Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to; disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline.
- No refunds will be given.
- 4. Registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all individuals in their party and visitors.
- This includes damages to the site or resort property.
- 5. Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV, or, require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age.
- Unlicensed or inoperable RV’s are expressly prohibited.
- 6. No mechanical repairs are allowed on site.
- 7. Only one RV allowed per site.
- 8. Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings or common areas including the pool.
Pet Policy
- 1. Maximum of 2 pets per site.
- A $10 fee per month, per pet applies.
- 2. Per the county ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside of your RV.
- Extendable leashes are not permitted.
- Pets are allowed on your site only or in designated pet areas.
- Pets must be supervised at all times.
- Please be advised that pets found unsupervised in the resort will be reported to county animal control.
- 3. Guests are required to pick up after their pets.
- Failure to comply can result in a fine and/or require removal of the pet from the resort.
- 4. Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed.
- Failure to comply will at the sole discretion of resort management require you to remove your pet from the resort.
- 5. Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited.
- If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly.
- No refunds or reimbursements will be given for early departure due to violations of this policy.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
