Sites are standard short-term back-ins carrying water, sewer, and electric. This is a 55+ community, gated, with laundry, a bathhouse with showers, personal mailboxes, and recycling. Pets are welcome, with a dog park. The resort posts local emergency numbers for police, animal control, and the utility alongside 911 — a small thing that reflects how the place is run.

What is the Guest Age Requirement?
- One guest has to be 55+.
How Many Guests Allowed on Site?
- Rates are for 2 people at site, and additional guests, 12 and older, are charged $3 per day or $15 per week each.
What is the Maximum Rv Age?
- 10 years or newer. If older must supply photos of all four sides and must be approved by management prior to booking.
What is the Rv Minimum and Maximum Length?
- Minimum length 26 feet, Maximum length 40 feet.
Are Pets Allowed?
- Maximum of 2 pets per site.
What Types of RVs are Allowed?
- Travel trailers, 5th wheel trailers, Class A Motorhomes and Class C Motorhomes. No Class B, Pop up trailers, Truck campers or Conversion Vans.

Can You Get Wireless Internet at the Site?
- Through a Modem/Router (which guests provide) you can have secured WiFi at your site.
- Otherwise we do have WiFi at the Clubhouse/Pool area.
Rules
Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in: 1:00 PM.
- Check-out: 12:00 Noon.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Pet Rules
- Pets must always be kept on a nonretractable leash.
- Pet waste must be immediately cleaned by the owners.
- Failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional fees.
- No aggressive pets or pets with history of aggression will be allowed.
- Pet pens and/or outdoor fences are strictly prohibited.
Speeding
- The speed limit in the park is 10 miles per hour.
- Repeated reminders about your speed could result in additional fees.
Name Badges
- Name badges must be worn at all times, when away from your lot.
- This includes all visitors.
Guests
- Guests must register with the office upon arrival and an additional fee per person, per day will apply.
- There are time limitations on guests.
Quiet Hours
- Are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM each day.
- Please be respectful of your neighbors.
Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited in all resort buildings, pools, hot tub, and amenity areas.
Fireworks
- Fireworks are prohibited in the park.
Bikes
- It is recommended that all persons riding a bicycle wear a helmet while operating their bicycles.
- When not in use, bicycles must be stored neatly.
Fire Pits
- Wood burning fire pits are prohibited.
- No exceptions.
- Propane fire pits are allowed and must not be left unattended.
Trash
- Do not leave any trash overnight outside of your site.
Site Appearance
- Sites must be neat and orderly and only consist of regular outdoor items.
- No indoor furniture is allowed outside of your unit.
Parking
- Do not allow your vehicle to protrude into the street.
- Parking in vacant RV lots is prohibited, and vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Cargo Trailers
- Cargo trailers, and other transport trailers are not allowed on your site.
Decorations
- Decorations must be in good taste and holiday decorations must be removed within 2 weeks of the holiday.
Manager Discretion
- Managers are allowed discretion beyond rules explicitly stated on this page.
RV Restrictions
- RV’s must be less than ten (10) years old, unless approved by Management, and at least 26 feet in length.
- Van conversions, pop-up campers, cab-over campers, high/low type trailers, Class B RVs and tents are prohibited.
- Unsightly, ill-fitting added structures (i.e., awnings, sunshades and add a room structures, etc.) will not be allowed.
Cancellation Policy
RV Cancellation/Refund Policy
- In the unfortunate event you must cancel your reservation prior to your arrival, the following applies;
- If the cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the start of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $50.
- If the cancellation request is received less than 30 days prior to the start of your reservation, the deposit will be held as a camp credit for your use up to 1 year, less a cancellation fee of $50.
- There are no refunds for early departure.
- Sub-rentals are not permitted.
- Unless the customer provides notice prior to the check-in date, reservations are cancelled the day after a missed check-in, and the customer forfeits the entire deposit.
- Once the cancellation has been made and the RV removed from the site, the site reverts back to the Resort.
- Post office keys, name badges, and parking permits must be returned at this time.
- Cancellations received greater than 30 days in advance will receive a credit that can be used for up to 2 years from the date of issuance (less $50 processing fee).
Vacation Rentals Cancellation/Refund Policy
- In the unfortunate event you must cancel your reservation prior to your arrival, the following applies;
- If you cancel at least 30 days before the reservation, a $50 cancellation charge will apply, and the balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations that occur with less than a 30-day notice will receive no refund.
- There are no refunds for early departure.
- Sub-rentals are not permitted
- Unless the customer provides notice prior to the check-in date, reservations are cancelled the day after a missed check-in, and the customer forfeits the entire deposit.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
