Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates Are as Follows - 1 night to 5 nights $30 per night *plus taxes. - 6 nights to 7 nights $175 weekly rate *plus tax. - (*) Includes power. - Monthly $275 plus power & tax. - Actual usage .14 per KWH. - A deposit of $100 is due at the time of reservation. - If move-in is after the 7th of the month for a monthly stay, the rate will be prorated at $8.33 per day. - No refunds for early check-outs. - All fees are due at the time of reservation. Long-Term Guests - All rent needs to be brought to the office by the 1st of the month. - Electric meters are read by the end of the month, and power is due with the monthly rent. - A late fee of $5.00 will be added if not paid by the 3rd of the month in which it is due. - Plus $5.00 per day for every day after that. - If you have extenuating circumstances, reach out to us. RV Age - No Camper Riggs over 15 years old for long-term stay without prior approval. Overnight and Weekly Stay - Overnight and weekly stays are ok unless the unit is excessively dilapidated. Speed Limit - Please always obey the 10 MPH speed limit. Maintenance Policy - No changing vehicle oil or other mechanic work, must be minor and must be completed the same day it started. Quiet Time - Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m. Respect - Please be considerate of your neighbors always. - Respect their RV space, do not walk across their space. Occupancy and Site Rules - Our rates are based on two-person occupancy. - There might be an additional charge for extra people staying in your RV. - No tents or additional camping vehicles allowed in the RV park site without prior permission. - There will be an additional fee of $15.00 per night for tents or extra vehicles. - Registered guest are responsible for their guests. - Please keep the campsite clean and orderly; trash dumpsters are distributed throughout the RV park. Pets - Pets are welcome but must always be on a leash or penned. - All pet refuse is to be picked up immediately. Landscape - Please do not park in the landscape areas or the red/pink gravel. - Those areas are intended to be decorative areas for landscape and plants. Vehicle and Off-Road Vehicle Policy - New new new 4/30/2020 ATV and ORV rules. - We welcome off-road vehicles at Hidden Treasures RV park. - We only ask that if they belong to you, you take responsibility for the conduct of the driver. - They must obey the speed limit, 10 MPH, do not rev up the motors, and exhaust systems must have a muffler. - Be considerate of other guests; not all guests own these vehicles. Weapons - No discharge of any weapons on campgrounds. Additional Rules - Note additional rules governing ATVs and ORV, incl. dirt bikes. Enforcement and Eviction Policy - Repeat disregard of the Park Rules or putting another guest in danger of physical injury is grounds for immediate eviction. - There will be no refunds if you are evicted.
