We are a delightful getaway from all the hustle and bustle of city life, a great off-road getaway with trails galore, or just a relaxing stay to stargaze. If you are afraid of dirt and some rustic adventures, don’t come here, this ain’t no Ritz, sweetheart! Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Pet Policy - In Motels and Glampers, there is a $10 pet fee per pet, per stay. (There is no pet fee for those camping in their own space.) - Owner assumes all financial responsibility for any damage the animal might make during the stay, including not cleaning up after the pet, $25 will be charged to the guest per incident. - All animals must be leashed at all times, $25 per incident. Quiet Hours & Noise - Quiet time is 9:00 pm to 9 am. - Please respect the peace of the other guests. - Please respect the peace of the other guests during the day as well, with anything excessively loud, such as music. RV and Equipment Requirements - ALL guests must have their own working truck and trailer. - No exceptions. - Trailer must be in Good Condition, not fair, working AC/heater, and bathroom is a must. - The public restrooms are meant for tent campers and guests for periodic use for those hanging out at the Pavilion. Long-Term Stay Policy - Snow Birds are Welcome for the winter season, adventurers and campers looking for a nice respite from the hustle and bustle. - We are not for those looking to live. - This is a campground for vacation purposes. Guest and Visitor Policy - If having guests visit overnight, please have them make their own reservation if staying in another RV, vehicle, or tent. - There is a $4 charge for extra guests staying in your RV that is not accounted for in your reservation. Vehicle and Equipment Limits - One boat/UTV/ or two ATVs and one Vehicle permitted per campsite. - If more is needed, please contact us. - This includes that the RV you booked is the only one permitted on your site. - If you want to bring someone else with you, they may book their own site. Behavior and Conduct - If any guests aren’t following the rules, causing other guests issues, harassment, or being a nuisance, we reserve the right to have said guest leave at any time during their stay with no refund. - This is private property. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Child Supervision - Children are not to be left unattended at any time. Common Sense Rule - Most other rules/regulations fall under Common Sense. - If you are unsure of what falls in this category, you can contact us for further clarification. Booking Policy - We do not accept reservations from those who are not the guests attending. - Please assure you are the one reserving and booking your own reservation. - Unless it is a group booking and the person in charge assumes all responsibilities of cancellations, etc. Unit Key Policy - For those staying in one of our units. - If the Key is not returned at the end of your stay, you will be charged $50.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
