Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates & Payment Terms - All rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice. - Total rent for the entire reservation term is due upon check-in. - All rates are based on a maximum of two persons. - Fee for each additional person is $3/day, $15/week, $50/month, plus tax. - All visitors must be registered with Guest Services. - Monthly or annual rent may be paid by check, money order, or credit card (convenience fee applies). - Deposits, daily rates, or weekly reservations may be paid with a credit card (Visa & Mastercard). RV Requirements - We welcome the 55+ Active Lifestyle with a variety of Class A or Class C Recreational Vehicles (RVs), Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, and 5th Wheels. - Minimum length allowed is 22 ft. (excluding the hitch). - The vehicle or home must be fully self-contained, well-kept, less than 10 years old, and in good condition; if it is over 10 years old, we require a picture sent prior to reservation. - There are some exceptions that are at the discretion of management; contact the resort for more information. Pet - All Pets must be registered with guest services. - You are required to sign a Pet Agreement of Understanding of the Resort Pet Policies Guidelines, list identification information of your pet(s), and provide Assistive Animal documentation, if applicable. - Presently, there are no breed, size, or weight limitations; it is solely based on the behavior of the pet. - Guest certifies that pets’ vaccinations are current and will be kept current for the duration of their stay in the Resort. - Pet Vaccinations Required at check-in: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.
