Western Way RV Resort - Churned

Arrival: - At Western Way RV Resort is based on occupancy of two people only. At least one person in the unit must be 55 years of age or older. - Check-in time is 1:00 pm, and Check-out time is 11:00 am - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Please obey all speed limits and traffic signs. 10 mph. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Site numbers are not guaranteed on reservations of less than 3 months in length. - Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV, or, require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age. Unlicensed or inoperable RVs are expressly prohibited. - Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to; disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guideline. No refunds are given. - No mechanical repairs are allowed on site. No washing of automobiles is allowed in Resort. - Only one RV is allowed per site. - Smoking is not allowed in any resort common areas including the pool. - Rent includes full site hookup, water, rubbish removal, and full use of our facilities and activities. - Pets are limited to two pets per site. All pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. - Must sign a pet addendum and register your pet. - The county ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside of your RV. Extendable leashes are not permitted. Pets are allowed on your site only or in designated pet areas. Pets must be supervised at all times. Please be advised that pets found unsupervised in the resort be reported to county animal control. - A pet may never be tied up outside an RV and left unattended. Please be advised that pets found tied up and unsupervised in the resort be reported to county animal control. - Guests are required to pick up after their pets. Failure to comply can result in a fine and/or require removal of the pet from the resort. - Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed. Failure to comply at the sole discretion of resort management will require you to remove your pet from the resort. - Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited. If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly. No refunds or reimbursements be given for early departure due to violations of this policy. - Cats are allowed at the resort, but may not roam freely in the park and must remain in the RV or Park Model or on a leash.
