Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Campsite check-in: 2:00 PM. - Campsie check-out: 12:00 PM. - Vacation rental check-in: 2:00 PM. - Vacation rental check-out: 11:00 AM. - If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee that your site will be ready. - If you require a late check-out, please notify the Pro Shop, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations and Bookings - You can make a reservation either online via golfeaglecrest.com or over the phone. - For specific site preferences, please reach out to our Pro Shop. - While we will try to accommodate your requests, please note that site numbers are not guaranteed. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. - Please help us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests during these hours. - Keep noise to a minimum—this includes music, generators, pets, and outdoor conversations. Pets - Pets are welcome in the RV park but not the vacation rental and must be kept on a leash at all times and under control. - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Please note that aggressive behavior or excessive barking may result in removal from the park to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. - No Pets in the vacation rental Speed Limit - Please adhere to the 5 mph speed limit within the resort and golf course grounds for the safety and comfort of all guests. Conduct - Respect others’ space: don’t walk through other guests’ sites. - Be courteous and neighborly. Alcohol and Drugs - Use alcohol responsibly. - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Respect the Golf Course - Please do not walk around the course at night or after hours. No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. No Parties or Events - This property is for registered guests only. - Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed. Cleanliness & Trash - Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Appliances & Utilities - Use appliances and utilities responsibly. - Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Safety & Security - Lock the door when you leave the rental. Damage & Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. - Charges may apply for broken items, stains, or excessive mess. Important Notes - Eagle Crest Golf Course & RV Resort is not responsible for the non-utilization of package components or any loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. - We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, guests, or vehicles, howsoever caused. - The management reserves the right to evict any guest or group of guests for any cause deemed necessary. - By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with these policies. - Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the resort without a refund.
