Rules

Check-in and Check-out Policy - Check-in time is strictly between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. - Check-out: 12:00 pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - No Exceptions. - If you are not here on time, you will need to check in on the following morning at 8:00 AM when the café opens. - All Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Parking - No parking in the café parking lot or the mobile home Park visitor parking lot. - Vehicles parked there are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. - Do not back up on the ramp to let in late arrivals. Maximum Capacity - Campspot 5 campers per spot. - River spot 5 campers per spot. - Family Spot 6 to 8 campers per spot. - Hobbit House 4 people maximum. - 1 Vehicle per spot. Group Size Limitations - Ensure that groups larger than 6 people are split into separate campsites. Noise and Conduct - Remind campers that even within the occupancy limit, noise levels should be kept reasonable to respect neighboring sites. - Quiet time is at 10:00 pm. - No loud music or bass music allowed at any time. Respect Other Campsites - Do not walk through other campers’ campsites. - Please respect others' privacy and stay within the designated paths and areas. Equipment Allowance - Either one Tent and one Canopy are permitted per campsite or two tents. Barbeques, Fire Pits - No charcoal or propane barbecues. - These types of grills are not allowed due to the high fire danger. - Make sure to plan alternative ways to cook such as a propane stove or preparing food ahead of time. - No Fire Pits permitted. - Not complying with this rule, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Pet Policy - For the safety of all guests, the following breeds (or any mix breed thereof) are not permitted: German Shepherd, pitbull, doberman pinscher, great dane, rottweiler. - Any dog displaying aggressive behavior, regardless of breed, will not be allowed on the premises. - All dogs must always be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet. - Dogs must not be left unattended or tethered outside of campsites. - A secure pet enclosure may be used at the campsite, but it must be monitored. - Excessive barking, whining, or disruptive noises must be controlled by pet owners. - If disturbances persist, management may request the pet be removed from the premises. - Pet owners are responsible for always cleaning up after their pets. - Waste bags must be used (provided by the dog owner), and all waste should be disposed of in the trash receptacles. - Pets must have current vaccinations, including rabies. - Campground staff may request proof of vaccinations at any time. - Pets are not allowed in certain areas, such as public restrooms, hobbit house, food preparation of dining areas. - A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per campsite. - A pet fee of $40.00 per pet. - Pet owners are fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets to other campers, pets, or property. - Proof of liability insurance may be required. - Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from breed restrictions but must always be under control and follow campground rules. - Any violation of the pet policy may result in immediate eviction from the campground without a refund. Firearms - No BB guns, pellet guns, paintball guns, or slingshots are allowed. Safety Rules - No Rock throwing. - No Rock or Cliff Climbing. Boundary Guidelines - Stay on the Camp Williams side of the river. Vehicle and Equipment Restrictions - Due to the size of the campground no remote control cars, electric bikes, or bicycles are allowed in the campground. Right to Refuse Service - Campwilliams reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. - Any person or persons causing a disturbance will be required to leave the property. - Owners or management or staff are not responsible for loss, damage or personal injury to yourself or to your property.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
