Cancellation Policy - All cancelled reservations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. - All daily and weekly reservations, guests may cancel until 48 hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit, minus a $25 administration fee. - Reservations cancelled inside the 48 hours will forfeit their deposit. - Reservations over Festival Dates (Coachella Music Festival and/or Stagecoach Music Festival) must cancel a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date. - If reservations are not cancelled by this time, the full deposit will be forfeited. - The remaining balance is due 29 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. - If you wish to change this card, please contact our reservation department at (442) 325-9292. - Special Offer Promotions are subject to their own cancellation and modification policies. - Check with your Reservation Coordinator for these policies. - If the guest is owed a refund and the original credit card on file is no longer active, the guest will receive a user credit to be used for a future reservation within the next 6 months. Rally Reservations - Please contact your rally coordinator. - Cancellation policies are listed in the terms listed of the rally's reservation agreement. Refund Policy - Coachella Lakes RV Resort does not issue refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are beyond the personnel’s ability to control. - There are no refunds issued for early departure. - If the guest is owed a refund and the original credit card on file is no longer active, the guest will receive a user credit to be used for a future reservation within the next 6 months. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
