Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy per Site - Occupancy per site is 4 people (this includes children). - There is an additional charge of $10 per person per night, and occupancy cannot exceed 6 people. Visitors - Visitors are allowed at management's discretion. - See below for the full visitor policy. - GVRV maintains the right to ask any visitors to leave the resort. Parking Passes - Guests and visitors without parking passes will be towed. Rental Deliveries & Drop-Offs - Rental rigs/drop-offs may be allowed with management approval. - Guests must be present at the time of delivery. Reservation Policy - Registered guests must be the original booker; no brokering of sites. Credit Card - A valid major credit card is required to make a reservation, including complimentary sites. - Grass Valley RV Resort (GVRV) reserves the right to authorize and/or charge a valid major credit card prior to check-in. Remaining Balance - The remaining balance for your reservation will be due at check-in. Payment & Banking Policy - GVRV is not responsible for any banking, credit/debit card fees charged to a guest by their bank/credit card issuer. - Banks/credit card issuers may take up to 7 business days (or more) to release holds placed on your credit card. - In case of payment default, GVRV has the right to remove the guest’s vehicle(s) and belongings from their site. Extended Stays - Extended stays are not guaranteed but will be considered. Group Reservations - Group reservations of 10 or more sites are prohibited on holiday and special event weeks/weekends. Site Requests - Site requests are not guaranteed, but will be considered. - Park management reserves the right to assign RV park sites. Site Cleanliness & Maintenance - While we encourage guests to enjoy their site, please keep it clean for everyone’s enjoyment. - Dispose of garbage properly to deter pests, avoid leaving food or dirty dishes outside, and keep the site uncluttered when items are not in use. Facilities - Only registered guests are permitted to use the facilities. Pool/Spa - Pool/Spa area is open to registered guests from 9:00 am-10:00 pm. - Adult swim times: 9:00 am-11:00 am and 8:00 pm-10:00 pm - No speakers allowed in the pool area; you may request music at the front desk - Only noodle floaties (2.5" in diameter) are allowed, no rafts or other floats - No glass, smoking, or vaping in pool area. Electric Vehicle Policy - No electric motorcycles. - Only pedal assist mode is allowed on electric bicycles. - Electric vehicles will be charged a $10 a day surcharge. Children - Children under 8 years of age must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. - Children cannot drive rented or personal golf carts. Helmet & Safety Policy - Persons under 18 years of age shall not operate or ride as a passenger on a bicycle or anything with wheels unless wearing a properly fitted and fastened approved bicycle helmet. Golf Carts - Personal golf carts are allowed, must provide proof of insurance and a driver's License at check-in, and follow golf cart rules. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Please be mindful of other guests if you are a late arrival or early departure. RV per Site - A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per RV site and must stay within the assigned pad. Speed Limit - The Resort speed limit is 5 mph. - Please drive slowly for everyone’s safety. - This includes E-bikes, etc. Vehicle Fluid Leak - The RV office must be notified of all vehicle fluid leaks. - If you are unable to remedy a vehicle fluid leak, you may be asked to remove your vehicle. RV Condition - Only well-kept RVs are allowed in the RV park. - Unsafe, poorly maintained, and/or visually unappealing RVs are prohibited. Guest Conduct & Courtesy - We ask all guests to enjoy their stay while being considerate of others and following safety guidelines. - Please avoid any actions that might disrupt the comfort of fellow guests or staff. Pets - Pets are welcome at the RV park, with a limit of 2 pets per site unless prior approval is given for exceptions. - For the safety and comfort of all, pets must be leashed at all times and never left unattended, regardless of weather conditions. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Pets are not allowed in the lodge or pool area. - Outdoor pens, cages, or kennels require prior approval from GVRV, and pets may not be outside unattended. - GVRV reserves the right to ask guests to remove disruptive pets or vacate their site to ensure a pleasant experience for all. Occupancy & Legal Rights - Staying at GVRV does not create a tenancy, sub-tenancy, or any other legal right to occupy or use the property beyond your reservation. - GVRV retains complete ownership and control of the entire premises at all times. Violation - Violation of these policies is subject to a minimum $25 violation charge and/or removal from the resort. Visitor Policy - Visitors will be allowed at management's discretion. - GVRV maintains the right to ask any visitors to leave the resort. - The total number of people allowed on site - including your registered party and any visitors - may not exceed 6 people at any given time. - Visitors are welcome between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, for a maximum of 6 hours. - A $10 visitor fee per person (adult/children) applies. - All visitors must register at the front desk upon arrival to receive a parking pass. - Visitor vehicles must park in the designated overflow parking areas. - Violation of these policies is subject to a minimum $25 violation charge and/or removal from the resort. Policy Enforcement & Consequences - This serves as your initial notification of these policies and terms. - Please be mindful that any violations, such as noise disturbances or other issues, could lead to the termination of your stay, forfeiture of payments and deposits, and possible removal from GVRV property. - Additionally, this may affect your ability to make future reservations at the resort. - We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Prohibited Activities - Waste connections that are not airtight. - Wood fires are prohibited at the RV park. - However, propane/pellet barbecues and charcoal grills are permitted for cooking, and only propane fire pits are allowed for recreational fires. - Outside clotheslines. - Smoking in the designated smoking area only. - Oil changes or vehicle repair work. - Storage under RVs or vehicles. - Parking in vacant sites. - We welcome the display of American flags and state flags as symbols of pride and unity. - To maintain a welcoming environment for all guests, the display of political flags or any other flags not specified is not permitted. - This policy ensures that our community remains respectful and enjoyable for everyone. Property Damage - Damaging or defacing sites or public areas of the resort is prohibited. - Guests will assume complete responsibility for all damage caused by themselves and any of their guests or invitees to the site or public areas of the resort. - No illegal or unsafe substances or activities are permitted on the resort. Liability & Guest Responsibility - GVRV is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss of property. - Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and avoid any actions that may be illegal, unsafe, or disruptive to other guests or staff. - GVRV reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate their site or other areas of the resort if necessary. - In such cases, fees associated with the stay may be forfeited. - We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. California Civil Code - Pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 799.22 through 799.25, and 1866, a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without a judicial hearing if the owner or occupants of said vehicle, who have been in the park for 30 days or less, have. - Failed to pay for their occupancy in the park. - Failed to comply with the park’s rules and regulations. - Failed to vacate on a specified date. Property Rights & Service Refusal - This property is privately owned. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
