Jellystone Park Tower Park in Lodi, California, offers 259 RV sites and 95 cabins on the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, with 30 and 50-amp full hookups, ADA-accessible sites, and rigs accepted to 90 feet. Deluxe, Preferred Deluxe, and Red Carpet categories in both back-in and pull-through join a marina, lazy river, and water park. Two hundred fifty-nine sites span deluxe back-in, preferred deluxe back-in, preferred Red Carpet back-in, preferred Red Carpet pull-through, and premium categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp, sized to 90 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, and BBQ pits. Accessible sites are available, and 95 cabins including Delta Deluxe units round out the accommodations. A general store, laundry, propane fills and exchange, dump station, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side. A daily resort fee applies and covers mini-golf, the playground, and the wider amenity set. Recreation is extensive. A water park, lazy river, outdoor pool, hot tub, and inflatable water toys anchor the summer, with a marina, boat ramp, and Delta slough fishing on the water side. Mini-golf, laser tag, a jumping pillow, gaga ball, gem mining, sports courts, volleyball, basketball, and horseshoes fill the grounds, with a craft room, bar, on-site dining, live music, and planned activities besides. Can I bring my pet with me? - Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites and select cabin types, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. - Select cabins are pet-friendly for a nightly fee. - In cabins, there’s a $50 fee for one pet and a $75 fee for two pets. - Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. - If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. - Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for noise control and clean up. - Pets may not be left unattended outside. - Hostile or disruptive dogs will be asked to be removed from the park. What are the water slide's height and weight requirements? - Orange slide – height requirement is 36″, max weight is 100 lbs. - Blue and Green slides – height requirement is 42″, max weight is 300 lbs. Do you have boat rentals? - We have several different boat rental options! Choose from fishing boat, pontoon boat, kayak or stand-up paddle board rentals. What activities are included with my stay? - Almost all our activities are included. - Gem mining, laser tag, arts & crafts, and water rentals have their own costs, however. Are campfires allowed? - You bet, unless we are under a Burn Ban, so be sure to ask the Ranger Station at check-in. - We ask that campfires be confined to designated hours and not left unattended. - We do not permit outside firewood to be brought into our park or the cutting of any of our trees or brush. - Firewood is available for purchase and delivery at our Ranger Station. Can my friends come and visit? - Guests must pay a guest fee, and the number of people per site cannot exceed 8. - Please note that your guests may not bring pets with them. - If your guest arrives with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. When is the Water Zone Open? - Typically, our Water Zone, including the interactive water playground and lazy river, is open Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. - Hours and availability are subject to change. Do you have quiet hours? - We do! Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. - Any person under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult. What is the speed limit? - Because the Camp-Resort is full of active families with children, the speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5MPH and is strictly enforced for your safety. - We realize that this is ridiculous. - If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast. - As one of the best family campgrounds in California, we want to make sure everyone is safe during their stay. What is the cheapest time to stay? - Our rates depend on when you’d like to stay and what attractions are available during your dates. - Non-peak season is cheaper than peak season, and weekdays are cheaper than weekends. - However, please be sure to check amenity & attraction availability before booking. What are check-in and check-out times? - Cabin check-in time starts at 4:00 pm - Cabin Check-out time is 11:00 am - Campsite check-in time starts at 3:00 pm - Campsite Check-out time is 1:00 pm Are fireworks allowed? - No, fireworks are not allowed at Jellystone Park™. What is your policy on firearms and weapons? - Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Are there current water restrictions? - Due to the recent drought conditions and the water restrictions set forth by the state of California, water usage is limited to personal consumption only. - Please help us conserve water and be conscious of your usage. - We can use water for: Cooking, drinking, washing clothes (our commercial washing machines are available to seasonal guests only), showering, and general hygiene.- We are not permitted to use water for*: Irrigation- watering lawns, plants, etc. - Washing cars, carts, boats, buildings, etc. - Water feature availability and hours (including pools, water playground, lazy river, hot tubs, and gem mining) are subject to change. - We are doing our best to remain operational, and appreciate your understanding. What can I use my Jellystone Park™ gift card towards? - Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable toward reservations only. - They may not be used toward day camp passes or any on-site amenities, camp store products, etc. Can I tour the park? - We are happy to show off our Northern California family campground and we do allow walking tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. - Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive. Can I smoke at your Northern California Campground? - Since we are a family-friendly Camp-Resort, smoking, including vaping, of any kind is prohibited in all common and indoor areas. - Smoking inside the pool area will result in loss of privileges of that amenity. - Smoking is not permitted inside cabins and will result in a hefty fine if found in violation. - You are permitted to smoke tobacco products at your campsite as long as you are doing so in a manner that is not disturbing to other campers. - Smoking of any substances other than tobacco will not be tolerated under any circumstances. - If we, in our sole judgment, believe that you or your guests are smoking a substance other than tobacco, you may be asked to leave the Camp-Resort without a refund. Can I purchase a gift card? - You sure can. We are looking to experience California glamping at its finest. What accommodations do you recommend? - Great choice! We offer the best glamping in California and have 6 luxury cabin types, plus accommodations that can sleep up to 8 people. - Cabin amenities include full bathrooms, kitchens, private bedrooms, and more! Do you offer snowbird camping at your California camping resort? - Yes, we do! We offer a variety of long-term accommodations, making our Camp-Resort one of the best extended stay campgrounds in California. - If you’re looking for a monthly RV park in California that has numerous RV site types to choose from, we’ve got you covered. - We also have numerous cabin types for those who don’t own an RV, but would still like to enjoy snowbird camping in California. Do you have golf cart rentals? - We do! You can add a golf cart (4 seater) or limo cart (6 seater) to your stay when booking a cabin or RV site. Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-in procedure - Campsite Check-in time is 3:00 pm - Campsite Check-out time is 1:00 pm - Cabin Check-in time is 4:00 pm - Cabin Checkout time is 11:00 am - A valid photo ID that matches the name on the booking must be presented at check-in. - At check-in, staff may request the customer to present the credit card used to reserve the booking, in order to confirm the credit card presented and the credit card used at booking match. - All future bookings will only require 50% down. - The remaining 50% will be required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campsite Reservations and General Policy - We do have an early access option beginning at 12pm, but it is available only if the site is vacant (i.e., nobody is in the site before you). - It also involves a fee based on the time of check-in. - Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee the site/cabin will be ready or available at the time of arrival. - Early access only guarantees access to the campground and campground attractions, which require parking in overflow. - Access is based on availability. Please call for more information. - We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 12pm, so please plan your travel accordingly. - Extended access is available for $10 during Non-Peak season and $25 during Peak season to stay in the park until 6:00 pm. - Subject to availability. - Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee the guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the park. - Extended access only guarantees access to the campground and campground amenities, which require parking in overflow. - Access is based on availability. - Only one 4-person tent is allowed in addition to your camping unit on RV campsites. - Max of 2 tents allowed on tent sites (8 guests maximum on entire site.) - We do not offer seasonal campsites or trailer storage. - Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates. - Three-night minimum stay required for holiday weekends. - Limit 8 people per site. - Rates based on 4 people (4 years old and older). - An additional person fee applies. - Non-Peak Overnight: $25 - Non-Peak 4-7 Nights: $75 - Peak & Holiday Overnight: $40 - Peak & Holiday 4-7 Nights: $120 - Winter Overnight: $16 - Winter 4-7 Nights: $48 - 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle per site; extra vehicles will be charged a fee of $5 and must park in the overflow lot. - Day guests' vehicles must also park in the overflow lot. Campsite Pet Policy - A max of two pets allowed at all campsites. - Pets of the registered site occupant are welcome, but limited to 2 pets per site. - Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. - If they arrive with a pet, they will not be permitted to enter the park. - The pet owner is responsible for noise and clean up. - Pets must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended at the site. - No pets allowed at tent sites. - We reserve the right to remove hostile pets from the parks. Please call for more information. - We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 12:00 pm, so please plan your travel accordingly. - Extended access is available for $10 during Non-Peak season and $25 during Peak season to stay in the park until 6:00 pm, subject to availability. - Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee the guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the park. - Extended access only guarantees access to the campground and campground attractions, which require parking in overflow. - Access is based on availability. - Unless otherwise noted, rates are based on 4 people (4 years old and older). - An additional person fee applies. - Tents are not allowed at cabins or cottages. - Our cabins are non-smoking. - An excessive cleaning fee will be assessed if the policy is violated. - Only 1 vehicle is allowed per site; extra vehicles will be charged a fee of $5 and must park in the overflow lot. - Day guests' vehicles must also park in the overflow lot. -  Additional Person Fees - Non-Peak Overnight: $24 - Non-Peak 4-7 Nights: $72 - Peak & Holiday Overnight: $39 - Peak & Holiday 4-7 Nights: $117 Cabin Pet Policy - Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at the time of booking. - For one pet, there is a flat fee of $50. - For two pets, there is a flat fee of $75. - Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. -For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. - We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. General Rules and Policies - Events and amenities have limited availability during non-Peak season. Specific campsites or cabins may be requested, but are not guaranteed. - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. - If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number. - We have adopted dynamic rates that fluctuate based on occupancy, similar to the hotel and airline industry. - With that being said, rates vary based on availability and are subject to change with each search. - 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle per site; extra vehicles $5, not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot. - Must be 21 or older to rent a campsite or a cabin. - Wristbands issued upon check-in must be worn at all times to identify you as a registered guest. - These wristbands also serve as your ticket to fun! They grant you access and use of the park's amenities, attractions, and facilities. - You may be turned away from an activity or amenity if a wristband is not present. - The use of formaldehyde-based products in RV tanks is prohibited. Flag Policy - The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground: All international flags, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal or garden. Vehicle Policy - Please, no bicycle riding after dark; state law requires helmets for all guests 17 and under. - Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle around the park. - Battery-powered scooters, bicycles, and other means of transportation are not allowed. Reservation Policy - Sorry, we cannot accept reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure, unless made within 1 week of booking. - Bookings made during Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, or Columbus Day Weekend with a Sunday departure date will not be accepted, unless made within 1 week of booking. - Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates. Quiet hours - Daily 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. Firearms and Weapon Policy - Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Solicit Policy Campers are prohibited from soliciting while on the property. Payment Policy - All future bookings will only require 50% down. - The remaining 50% will be required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. - If applicable, a resort fee is added to each reservation. - Additional person fees may apply if the number of allowable guests exceeds the included number of guests per site as set in the base rate. - All outstanding balances are due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. - Any outstanding balances that remain 29 days prior to arrival will automatically be charged to the payment method used for the initial deposit. - Any declined final payments may be canceled subsequent to the cancellation policy. No Shows - Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. - No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds. Water Attractions and Pool Rules - All persons under the age of 16 must have a supervising companion to be in the pools and within the pool and water attraction area. - “Supervising companion” is understood to mean a person who is responsible for assuring that the child will comply with applicable rules and regulations. - Some pools and attractions may not have a Lifeguard on duty. - Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted signs and rules. - US Coast Guard-approved Life Jackets and Puddle jumpers are encouraged for all children 48” or less. Behavior - We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. - Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are considered offensive behaviors and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund. Dress Code - Proper swim attire is required. - Swim attire must be appropriate for a family environment. - Inappropriate swim attire:  Jeans, cut-offs, undergarments, swimwear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics. - Swim attire with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects is not allowed on slides. Outside Food and Beverages - Food, drinks, and coolers are allowed in the waterpark. - Glass, bottles, or containers, and alcohol are not permitted. - Food and beverages are not allowed in any pools or spas. Pets Policy - Pets are not allowed, except for working service animals. - Service animals must always be with their handler and may not be in pools or in contact with the water. Smoking and Weapons Policy - Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the pool area. - Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed. - Larger outside flotation devices, including floats and rafts, are not permitted. Games Policy -Breath-holding games are not permitted in any pools or attractions. Inclement Weather - For your safety, certain pools or attractions may need to close during severe weather, such as electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds. - If weather causes a closure, every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. - Pool decks and cabanas will be cleared, and guests will be asked to remove their personal items and leave the waterpark area. Ride Restrictions - Guests with limited swimming abilities, certain body proportions, certain heights, and/or weights may not be able to enjoy all attractions. - All guests must meet the attraction's requirements to ride. Change Policy - Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window (2+ weeks) will result in a one-time courtesy change, and every change made thereafter will be charged a $15 service fee. - Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a Camp Credit. - Camp Credit will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance. - Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.

Cancellation Policy

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
