Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - The check-in time is 1:00. - Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - Time to roll before the next camper rolls in. - Any sooner and you might catch us mid-sandwich. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Let’s keep things peaceful for our fellow happy campers. - While quiet hours are overnight, loud music, rowdy behavior, or party-mode antics aren’t tolerated at any time. Tent - No tents or car sleeping allowed. - We love camping, but these spots are strictly for wheels, not zippers. Pet Policy - 8 paws per RV (ok, 2 pets!) - We love pets, but please don’t leave them unattended (they throw wild parties!) - No aggressive dogs, and it’s your job to make sure your furry friend isn’t disturbing the peace. - Excessive barking or bad behavior may result in a time-out and not being allowed to return. - Pets are not permitted in the public restrooms, so please make sure you pick up their outside deposits, and shoes everywhere will thank you. - All pets must be kept on a leash when outside of the RV-even the best dogs can get a little too adventurous. Vehicle Policy - Empty RV sites might be spoken for-please don’t park in them. - Said vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. - Ask a staff member for additional parking areas. - Disconnect your pull-behind and park all vehicles in the designated parking lot. - Do not park vehicles on the waterfront. - No RVs over 20 years old without prior approval from management. - We just want to make sure your classic beauty is road-ready, not a retirement project. Fire Policy - Fires in BBQs or approved fire pits only. - Fire pits must not touch grass/ground. - Hot coals? Please leave them in the standing BBQ pits. - No DIY coal disposal- we’ve got it covered. - No discharge of firearms or fireworks. - Sprinklers at night. Campsite - They’ll water the lawn while you sleep!. - Keep anything you don’t want to get wet in a safe spot. - Gardeners: expect some mowing and blowing (yes, really!) on most Wednesdays. - Use your awning-if there is space. - We’re cozy here, so please be mindful of your neighbor. - No need to share the shade unless there is room. Property - Private property alert. - Please lock your car and RV- we’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or mischief involving theft, fire, or collisions. - And remember, your right to park is like a VIP pass-it can be revoked at any time. Guest - As guests of DMYH, while using our pier or guest dock, you must abide by the current local fishing regulations and carry a current fishing license issued by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife, which can be obtained online at www.wildlife.ca.gov or at a bait shop. - Also, children under the age of 12 using our pier or guest dock are required to wear a proper PFD (life jacket) with constant adult supervision. - Loaner PFDs are available in the office for on-site use. Swimming Policy - No swimming. Rates and Fees - Base rate includes 4 people. - Each extra person is just $5 per night. - No booking for others. - It’s like matchmaking, but for RV sites. - Make sure you make your own reservation, so we have all the correct info for your spot. - Rates are subject to change, and we cannot guarantee any specific space. - In the unlikely event that you need to be moved, we will make every effort to put you into a similar space. - If you have chosen the lock site feature and we need to move you, we will refund that fee.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
