Rates for sites and glamping tents are on the booking page. Summer in the San Juans books early — premium pull-thrus go first.

Great resort and facility, with nice green space and amenities. We spent four days there as a base for trips to Mesa Verdi, Silverton Rail Road (Do the one way only, too long otherwise), biking on Animous River Trail (Awesome).

- Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort, but we do have some rules. You must register all pets (up to 2) with the campground office once you arrive. We don’t always ask for these, but we’ll need them in case of an incident.

- We have warm, dry summers and cold, snowy winters. And, about 270 days of sun every year.
