The Genoa RV Park is a quiet, small town full-service RV Park located at 205 5th Street, Genoa, CO 80818. Providing travelers with an option to the corporate RV parks on I-70 in Colorado. Located 3 blocks in clear view of the I-70 exit ramps, at exit 371, 10 miles east of Limon. Full service electrical 20, 30 & 50 amps. Water and Sewer connections. Our pull-through sites allow easy in and out for extra-long RVs. Responsible pet owners are welcome! Private trash service on site. Free dump station and clean-out area. Wi-Fi is strong in most locations of the park and is free. The Genoa RV Park offers a 15’ by 25’ lighted covered pavilion area with gas grills, tables & chairs you can use anytime for free. Across the street from the RV park is a fully equipped children’s playground. Our central location in Colorado at exit 371 on I-70 makes the Genoa RV Park your perfect spot halfway between Kansas and Denver to stay in comfort while traveling on the plains of Colorado!

Convenient Location - We're located right off Exit 371 on I-70—perfectly situated in the heart of Colorado. - Just 85 miles from both Denver International Airport (DIA) and Colorado Springs, in beautiful Lincoln County. Major Highway Access - We're only 5 miles east of the intersection of five key highways: - I-70, US-40/287, US-24, CO-71, and CO-86. Easy Travel Reach - Within 8 hours of most of Colorado, and much of Nebraska, Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and New Mexico.

Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Time - Everyone deserves a good night's sleep. - Please move about quietly between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Disturbances - At no time can any disturbance to the park or to any customer be allowed. - We reserve the right, and you acknowledge, that if you create a disturbance in our parks, at the discretion of the manager, you will be asked to leave and/or consent to your RV being removed at that time. Site Occupancy - To ensure the enjoyment of all our guests, our parks have established maximum occupant numbers for our three classes of sites. - Full-service RV sites: 4 adults and 4 children max per RV. - Tent sites: 4 persons max per tent. - Two vehicles are allowed per site. - Month-to-month occupancy residents will differ; inquire for details. Pets Policy - We welcome your leashed, well-behaved pets. - Please do not leave pets unattended or tied outside. - Pets should always be kept under control and quiet. - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please refrain from bringing your pets into buildings. - Pens, fencing, and kennels are not allowed. Vehicle Washing And Repair - To wash your RV at your site, please obtain a permit at the office. - Repair work, including oil changes, is prohibited on park property. - If you need repairs made to your RV, please obtain a repair permit at the office. - The site manager will be glad to assist in basic repairs if possible and help you hook up to our utilities if needed. Rates - All posted camping and lodging rates exclude taxes, additional persons, pets, and extended stays. - If you wish to reserve a site for longer than one week, please reach out to the park manager directly to make your reservation. - A monthly contract for the rental will be required for stays longer than four weeks. Campfires - Wood-burning campfires are not allowed at the RV sites at any time. - Guests may use propane grills, propane fire pits, and charcoal grills designed for cooking only. Truck Campers, Trailers, And Toys - Truck campers or toppers are not to be removed from the vehicle at any time. - All RVs that stay more than three nights are required to hook up to our sewer system. - If your RV is completely self-contained and you are traveling through and do not wish to hook up to our system, please inform the site manager of your plans. - All sewer connections must be tight and leak-free. - All water connections must be leak-free. - All electrical wiring outside your RV must be up to code and have a proper connection to the power panel. Appearance - Appearance is very important to our overall acceptance in the community. - Please look closely at your site and ask if it looks acceptable. - The look of your RV in relation to our park is important to the community. - You may not attach any structure to the ground and your RV, excluding winter skirting. - No tarps of any kind can be attached to your RV. - No outside pens are allowed. Privacy - The Genoa RV Parks are private property. - Only registered RVs and persons are allowed on the property at any time. - It is the park’s responsibility to provide 24-hour security for its many customers through the season, so no exceptions will be made to the rule. - All guests must be registered or be in direct communication with the manager before entering the property. - Weatherization For Long Stays - Your RV must be winterized if you plan to stay with us through the winter. - We understand you may have a modern RV that can withstand cold extreme temperatures, yet in our experience, because of the wind and drifts, it is not worth the time and extra money the utilities cost us to remain underskirted in winter.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
