Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 1 pm-9 pm. - No check-ins after 9 pm. - Check out time is noon. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations - Nightly reservations made there will be accepted up to six months before your desired arrival date. - Nightly reservations are limited to 29 nights. - If you would like to stay longer at the nightly rate, book 29 nights online and then request an extension at the office when you check in. - We will extend your reservation at that time, based on availability, and at the nightly rate. - All reservations are required to be secured by a credit card. - A $15 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your card at that time. - That deposit will be applied to any remaining balance and charged to your credit card the morning of your scheduled arrival. - Nightly reservations for stays beginning tonight only can be made by reaching out to our office. - We will book your reservation over the phone based on availability. - You will need to provide your credit card information, which we will use to charge the full amount of your reservation, non-refundable. - We work from a waiting list for monthly sites. - You will be asked to fill out a form with your contact information. - You will not be asked for credit card information at that time. - We will add your information to our waiting list. - When a monthly site becomes available, we will reserve it for the first person on the waiting list who commits to it when we reach out. - At the time of booking an actual monthly reservation, you will need to provide your credit card information. - Your card will be charged a deposit of $100 at the time of booking. - The balance of your first month's rent will be charged to your credit card at check-in. - Your monthly due date will be the monthly anniversary of your arrival date. - Your monthly rent will be charged to your credit card on that date each month. - If you do not show up and you failed to notify us in compliance with our cancellation policy, the deposit charged on your credit card will not be refunded, and your credit card will be charged the amount for a one-night stay at the nightly rate on your reservation. Park Site Rules - Restrict all outside belongings (such as rugs, mats, BBQ grills, potted plants, yard ornaments, satellite equipment, etc.) to the gravel pad only, not on the grass. - This allows for efficiency in mowing and maintaining the grass. - Picnic tables may be placed on the grass if preferred. - Arranging the table perpendicular to your RV will allow staff to mow under and around the table by pushing it aside. - Keep your site clean and uncluttered. - Deposit all trash, including doggy bags, in the dumpster in a timely manner. - No furniture or construction debris allowed in the dumpster—only household trash in bags. - All cardboard must be flattened. - No exceptions. - Park your vehicles in front of or behind your RV. - Do not park or drive through the awning side of your site. - Do not drive through or walk through sites other than your own, whether they are occupied or not. - Vehicle repairs or maintenance are not allowed. - No appliances are allowed outside. - Clotheslines are not permitted at your site, but one is located directly behind the laundry. - Ground fires are not permitted at your site. - You may use BBQ grills or self-contained campfire receptacles on the gravel at your site. - A community campfire pit is available north of the pavilion. - All RVs must have an approved sewer hook-up with either a sealed "donut" gasket or a threaded connection with a sealed elbow. - No "drop-in" hoses allowed. - A backflow preventer is attached to each site's water spigot—do not remove it for any reason. Pet Rules - Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside your RV. - Do not leave pets outside unattended. - Please use the pet walk areas and carry a doggy bag to clean up after your pet. - Outside pens, fences, crates, and puppy training pads are not permitted. - No exceptions. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings. - Aggressive pets, excessively noisy pets, or those that cause damage (including digging) will not be allowed to remain in the park. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. General Rules - Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any building. - No exceptions. - Be considerate of your neighbors and fellow guests. - Park only on your own site. - Do not walk through or drive through other sites. - No fireworks are allowed. - Ensure all members of your party and guests are aware of and follow park rules. Storage - Storage rate is $2 per night or $50 per month - You may store more than one vehicle on a site as long as the total length does not exceed 45 feet. - Nothing can be stored outside of your vehicle or RV. - You may not occupy your vehicle or RV on a storage site. - This is for storage only, no occupancy. - All storage sites are back in. - No utilities available in the storage area. EV Charging - We now offer either 30-AMP or 50-AMP EV charging hookups at every site for guests who are staying here. - We also have one 50-AMP / 240V hookup at the front of the park for folks who are traveling in an EV and need to recharge. - The hookups are standard RV 50 AMP / 240V receptacles or 30 AMP / 120V RV receptacles. - You will have to provide an adapter, and or charger, if needed, to convert your vehicle's plug into a standard RV receptacle. - The price is $20 per day or night for guests who are staying here, or $3 per hour for folks who are traveling in an EV and need to recharge. Laundry and Restroom Use - Laundry and restroom facilities are open 24 hours; no keys or codes required. - Do not smoke, dye hair, wash pets, or leave messes in these rooms. - Leave these shared facilities exactly as you would like to find them. Wi-Fi Access - Eagle’s Landing RV Park offers premium high-speed fiber Wi-Fi managed by Tengointernet. - To connect, select “EAGLE’S LANDING WIFI” on your device and click “Get Online.” - For help connecting browserless devices (smart TVs, game consoles, etc.), follow the on-screen instructions or visit Tengointernet’s support. Monthly Guest Guidelines - No unregistered or infrequently used vehicles, cargo, utility, or boat trailers are allowed on your site. - Speak with office staff about storage availability and rates. Booking Terms and Conditions - Booking a reservation and/or staying at Eagle’s Landing RV Park constitutes acceptance of all rules and guidelines outlined above. - Park management and staff work diligently to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment—please support this effort by following all posted rules.
