Check-In Procedure RV SITES - Check-in time: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. - You’ll receive detailed self-check-in instructions by email two days before your arrival - be sure to have them handy when you head our way. - Late arrivals (5:00 pm - 8:00 pm) require prior approval. - No RV arrivals permitted after 8:00 pm. - Check-out time: 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. CABINS - Check-in time: after 3:00 PM - You’ll receive detailed self-check-in instructions by email two days before your arrival - be sure to have them handy when you head our way. - Check-out time: 11:00 AM. GUEST POLICY & ACCESS - Visitors are not allowed; property access is for registered guests only. - Registered guests have access to two fenced acres, shared by three cabins and three RV sites. - You’re welcome to explore this park-like area, enjoy the views of livestock grazing and a spring-fed pond, but do not open/enter any gated areas. - Tent camping is not permitted. TV & Wi-Fi - Each cabin includes a TV with Netflix access. - Your Wi-Fi password will be cabinone, cabintwo or cabinthree - depending on which cabin you’re in. Quite Time - At Vista Verde Farm Retreat, all hours are quiet hours. - We ask that guests speak softly and avoid playing loud music outdoors to help maintain the peaceful setting. - If you’re traveling with little ones, please ensure they’re respectful of other guests. - Parties and events are not permitted. Campfires - Campfires must be contained in the firepit and never left unattended. - We provide firewood for purchase - take what you need, and we’ll send you the tab ($9/bundle). - Foil is provided for outdoor cooking (our pots and pans are intended for indoor cooking only). Kids & Rocks - If you’re bringing little ones and they start playing with the rocks in our patios or other hardscape areas (which we totally understand!), we just kindly ask that everything gets put back where it belongs once the fun is done. - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Trash - Don’t leave food or trash outside unless it’s in a secure container with a lid. - Extra trash bags are under the sink. - Leave trash inside upon departure or text us for mid-stay pickup. - Please dispose of trash in the designated can past the cornhole games. Toilet - Our system is delicate – please only flush toilet paper. Pet Policy - Dogs are welcome only if they are listed in your reservation. - For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that your dog remains on a leash at all times while on the property and that you clean up after them. - Additionally, dogs should not be left unattended in the cabin or anywhere on the grounds, and we ask that they remain off the furniture to help us continue offering a pet-friendly option for everyone’s enjoyment. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not permitted inside your cabin. - Guests who do so will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $500. Generators - Generators may only be used during a power disruption. RVs - Vehicle washing or maintenance is prohibited. Deposits & Payments - Initial Deposit: At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - Scheduled Deposit: 14 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. - 0 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount.
