Rules

Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is at 2 pm. - Check-out time is at 11 am. - Late check-out may be arranged if available, and additional fees may apply. - To ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. - You have been assigned a specific site. - If you wish to move, please inquire with the office, as moving may not be possible due to reservations and maintenance. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General Responsibility - Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or their pets. - Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold the landlord harmless and indemnify the landlord against the same. - Gulf Front RV Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies. Registration and Access - All guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable. Guests and Visitors - The total number of guests in any space or yurt cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site. - Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am and 10 pm, but they must first register at the office. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10 pm. - All visitors must pay a $10 parking fee and park in the designated area at the boat launch. Parking and Vehicles - No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, or utility trailers is allowed unless approved in the front office. - Only one RV and a maximum of two other vehicles are allowed per site unless stated otherwise. Maintenance and Site Appearance - Performing maintenance or washing on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. - Clotheslines are not allowed. - Guests may not hang any items from the trees. - All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. - Rugs larger than 6' by 10' are not allowed, as they kill the grass and affect the site’s appearance. - Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted when authorized. - Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors. Trash and Cleanliness - All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash cans throughout the park. - Trash pick-up is at 10 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. - Do not leave trash out overnight. Equipment and Restrictions - Propane grills, charcoal grills, and propane fire pits are allowed. - Blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside. - Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property. Wildlife and Safety - Gulf Front RV Park is in a natural wildlife habitat area with coyotes, birds of prey, and reptiles. - All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times. Facilities - Laundry, change, and vending are available ½ mile on the right at Beach Store. Water and Playground Rules - No lifeguard is on duty in water areas. - Use at your own risk. - The water and playground open after quiet time and close at dusk. - Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. - Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in the water area. - Horseplay, running, and diving are not permitted in the water area. - Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the water area. - Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at the water or playground. - Children in diapers are not allowed in the water. - Only swimsuits and swimming trunks are permitted in the water; cutoffs are not allowed. - Please do not allow children to climb trees, as it damages them. - Failure to follow these rules may result in eviction without a refund. Safety and Conduct - The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the resort. - The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - The use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited. - Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group, regardless of age, may result in eviction from the resort. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on the property. Fire Safety - Open fires are not allowed in the park. - Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings, not over grass. Vehicle and Traffic Rules - The speed limit on the property is 5 mph. - Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the resort. - No vehicles may block any portion of the roadway. - Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. - Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. - Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. - Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the park, including golf carts and scooters. - ATVs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, and golf carts (OHVs) are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park except to get to and from your site. Electrical and Maintenance - You are responsible for monitoring your amp usage. - Amp usage over the 50 amps provided can trip your breaker. - Please be mindful of your usage to avoid interruptions during your stay. - Notify the office so that maintenance can assist if you have electrical issues. - Guests are not permitted to diagnose electrical pedestals due to insurance and safety requirements. - Maintenance staff will assist you as needed. - Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit working on pedestals unless hired to do so. Severe Weather - In case of severe weather, seek shelter in designated areas. - Please bring your pets with you and do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings. Personal Property and Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the office immediately. Guest Information - Emergency information forms are required from all monthly guests. - This information remains private and is used only in emergencies or when requested by law enforcement. - Personal information is never shared with others. - If you observe any activity of concern, please reach out to the office at any time. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:0pm to 8:0am. - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park. - Profanity or violence toward other guests or park staff will result in immediate eviction. - Guests violating rules that result in eviction notices will not receive any refunds for their stay. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not suitable for the serenity or safety of our guests or the park. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage them. - There is a three-pet limit. A $10 one-time fee applies. - No exotic or oversized pets are permitted, including reptiles or large birds. - All pets must be registered at the office upon arrival. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Guests should carry proof of their pet's current vaccinations. - Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas. - The park is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pets. - Service animals may accompany a disabled person without proof of disability or certification.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
