Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 12 pm. - Check-out is 11 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Gate Information - Gate code will be the last four digits of the phone number on the reservation. Mail And Deliveries - If you are staying for an extended time and want to receive mail, please reach out to the Punta Gorda post office. - You can get a P.O. Box with them. - If you have a delivery scheduled with UPS, FedEx, or Amazon, please use the office address of 4234 Manatee Loop, Punta Gorda, FL 33980. - All packages will be left outside the office on the porch. - Please check the names on the packages and only take yours. General Welcome - We hope that your stay at Harbor View on the Bay will be both pleasant and enjoyable. - By observing the following rules, you can assist in making your stay, your fellow RV neighbors, and our manufactured home community neighbors’ time enjoyable as well. Water And Utilities - Please conserve water. - Please repair all hose lines immediately. - Please see the rate sheet for washing the RV. - Rates include electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and recycling pick up, and use of all amenities: heated pool, fishing pier, cornhole, pickleball court, 9-hole mini golf course, dog park, billiard room, clubhouse, and laundry facility. - RV residents are considered homeowners, so pest control will be the responsibility of the RV resident. - 30 / 50 AMP service is available at all sites, and you are responsible for your own adapters. Quiet Hours And Noise - Please turn your music down when entering or exiting the community and try not to be too loud at your RV site. - Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Guests And Occupancy - The rate is for two (2) adults. - Please see the rate sheet if you have more people staying in your RV or if you decide to invite guests. Vehicle And Repair Rules - It is okay to change your oil or a tire at your site, but please refrain from making any major repairs to the vehicle at your site. - Please keep parking areas clean and free of oil and other stains. Firearms, Fireworks, And Fires - If you own a firearm, please refrain from brandishing it in the community and do not use fireworks. - Open fire pits are not permitted. - There is a community fire pit available by the pool. - Portable cooking grills are permitted. - Propane-fueled fire pits are permitted. Lot And Site Maintenance - Please keep lots clean and free of bottles, cans, boxes, etc. - The only items that should be stored outside of your RV are grills and outside furniture. - Please check with management if you are unsure. - Please do not put up tarps or damaged or dirty screen rooms. - For extended stay residents, if you will be leaving for an extended period, you must take down and secure anything that can be blown away. - Extended stay or seasonal RV residents are responsible for weeding around and under their RV. Pets Policy - Pets must be walked on a leash. - Please do not tie your pet up outside or put them into an outside pet enclosure and leave them unattended. - Outside pet enclosures or tie stakes are allowed, but you must be outside with your pet. - Aggressive, noisy, or unruly pets will not be allowed in the community. - You must clean up after your pet, or you will be charged a $25 clean-up fee. Rv And Park Rules - Harbor View on the Bay is a mobile home / RV park, not a campground, so tents, truck campers, pop-ups, semis, utility trailers, motorcycle trailers, or boats are not allowed. - Your motorhome or fifth-wheel must be self-contained. Bathrooms are available, but not showers. Garbage And Recycling - Garbage and recycling are picked up on Thursday. - You can put your cans out on Wednesday night. - If your departure date is before garbage is picked up, please leave your cans at the rear of the site, and we will move them for garbage day.
