Check-In Procedure - RV Sites check-in time: 12:00 pm. - RV Sites check-out time: 11:00am - Park Models check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Park Models check-out time: 10:00 a.m. - Please check with the office before 11:00 if you wish to extend your stay. - You may be asked to change sites in order to extend your stay. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. - Excessive noise or public disturbance may result in removal from the park without a refund. Speed Limit - The speed limit in the park is 10 mph. - No excuses, pedestrians always have the right of way. - Watch for children. Site Occupancy - The maximum number of people allowed on an RV site is six people. - The maximum people allowed in a park model is based on the number of people that the cabin sleeps, per the fire marshal. - An adult 21 years or older must be present to check in. - If more than the maximum people are allowed in the park model, you may be asked to leave without refund. Child Policy - Parents are responsible for the actions of their children and guests. - Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at the pool/playground areas. Pet Policy - Maximum of 3 pets per RV site or park models. - There is a $75 fee per pet for a park model at the time of reservation. - You must always keep your pets on a leash, including cats, while outside, no retractable leashes. - We do not allow cats in our park models RV sites only. - Pets are not to be left outside unattended. - Pet kennels and fences are prohibited. - The park provides pet waste bags and trash baskets as a courtesy. - It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet immediately. - Any guest who fails to clean up after their pet will be asked to leave without a refund. - Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. - Pets are not allowed inside any park buildings, pool area, or playground. - Do not walk your pet through occupied sites. - All pets, including cats, must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. - Retractable leashes are not allowed. - Any cats found roaming the park will be trapped and turned over to the humane society. - Excessive barking will not be tolerated. - Pets are never to be left unattended. - Animals are not allowed on the pool deck, under the restaurant pavilion, inside the restaurant, or in the laundry, shower, or fitness buildings. - Pets are allowed in the south outdoor seating area of the restaurant. - Pick up your pet immediately. - There is a $25.00 fine if pet waste is not picked up. Gate - Do not tailgate when going through the gate. - The gate will drop after every vehicle. - Ocean Grove RV Resort is not responsible for any damage to vehicles or RVs due to negligence. - There is a $100.00 fee if you break the gate. - Cameras monitor the gate area, and video will be reviewed. - All gate passes must be returned to the office or dropped in the black lock box next to the office door. Delivery - All deliveries must be picked up from the office. - Food and grocery deliveries are not allowed in the park. Pool Policy - Swim at your own risk. - No lifeguard is provided. - An adult must accompany children 12 and under at the pool. - Adults only in the spa area. - Bathing suits must be worn in the pool and spa area. - No cut-offs or t-shirts allowed. - This does not include a pool pass. - Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. - Violation of pool rules will result in removal from the pool area. Parking - There is parking for one vehicle per site. - Do not block other sites or park on vacant sites, including park models' driveways. - Additional parking in overflow areas. Vehicle - A current car pass must be visible at all times. - Vehicles without a current car pass will be towed at the owner’s expense. - Please secure a windshield car pass for each vehicle that is registered on the property. - We allow one vehicle per site. - Additional vehicles up to one per site will be parked in our additional parking area for free. - Boats, cargo, and other types of trailers are only permitted in our storage area. - Daily/weekly fees are applicable for storage. - Each additional vehicle has daily fees applicable. Guest/Visitor - Guests must stop at the office for a car pass. - There is a fee of $5 per vehicle per day for any visitor. - All visitors must leave by 10 pm. - If your visitor is spending the night, please let the office know before closing time. Behavior - Do not walk, ride bikes, or drive through any other sites, vacant or occupied. - If you have a problem with your neighbor, do not confront your neighbor. - Contact the office at once, and management will deal with it. Smoking - All buildings & the pool/spa are non-smoking areas. - You may be asked to leave without a refund. - Please put all cigarette butts in appropriate receptacles. - All park models are non-smoking areas. - Smoking detected in park models will result in a $200 cleaning fee. - You may be asked to leave without a refund. - Please put all cigarette butts in appropriate receptacles Sewer Connections - Florida law requires the use of a sewer donut or secure sewer connection. - Sewer hoses need to be enclosed in PVC or elevated. - All hoses, electrical cords, etc. - Must be hooked up on your site only and out of the way. - We will not replace any items left on the ground damaged by our maintenance team. Repairs - Construction or auto mechanics remodel, oil changes, rebuilds, etc. are not allowed in the park. Propane - Tanks are filled upon approval of qualified personnel. - No tanks over 40 lbs. allowed in park. Cleanliness - We do not allow appliances, household furniture, workout equipment, or portable swimming pools. - All trash must be taken to the dumpster. - All park models must be left in a clean condition. - Failure to do so will result in cleaning fees and will be charged to your credit card on file. - You are expected to wash your dishes & sweep the floors. Electric Fees - All RV sites will be charged a one-time electric connection fee of $5. - All monthly stays will be charged a $50 deposit and will be responsible for settling their bill at departure for any electricity usage over $50. - If your usage is less, the balance will be refunded to you. Wash Fees - There is a $15 fee to wash your RV & a $5 fee to wash your car. - Fees are paid prior to washing either. - Park models and air conditioners/refrigerators. - Please do not lower the settings on the air conditioner below 70 degrees or leave the park mode door open. - The unit will freeze up. - Setting the refrigerator to max will not make it cool down any faster. Damages/Missing Items - Damage fees will be charged to the credit card on file for damages to Ocean Grove RV resort properties, including park models and furnishings & structures. Park Model Key - A lost park model key will be charged a $25 fee to the credit card on file. Trash/Dumpster - All trash must be taken out and put in the dumpster. Linen - All linens must be left in the park model. Park Model - All park models are checked after your departure. Credit Card - Any missing items will be charged to your credit card on file. Campfires - Campfires are not allowed on individual sites. - Our community firepit is available for use at the front of the park. - Fires must be extinguished by 11 pm. EV Charging - There will be no charging of electric vehicles anywhere on site.
