Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is anytime after 2 PM EST and entitles you to your site until 12 PM the day after check-in. - Check out time is 12 PM. - Please coordinate with management if early check-in is needed. - You do not need to reach out to the office for checkout unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation and Payment - Payment of 100% of the reservation fee is required at the time of booking. - Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card, and the surcharge is nonrefundable. - By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Georgia Peanut RV Park to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. - Please be respectful to those around you. Site Assignment and Changes - You have been assigned a specific site. - If you wish to move, please coordinate with the office. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. - Please inquire before moving sites. - Please be aware that a $10 fee may be charged for moving to a different site. Fire Rules - Open fires are not allowed in our park. - Fires must be in firepits or fire rings. - You must place the fire pit over the gravel or concrete, so that the heat from it does not damage the grass. - Please make sure ashes are cool before disposing of them. Parking Rules - Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. - Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. - Each paid guest registration covers one RV per site and one vehicle per site unless noted. - Extra vehicles may be parked in the additional parking area on the other side of our building if space is available. - Do not park in the middle of the road. - Do not park in sites that you did not register for, and do not block driveways or parking spaces. - Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV sites. Speed Limit - The park speed limit is 10 mph. - Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. - Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Children - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. Visitors - Visitors of guests are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM. Park Conduct - Guests may not hang any items from the trees. - Clotheslines are not permitted in our park. - Use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. - If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Trash Disposal - The dumpster is located near the Carroll’s Sausage building. - Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. - Please do not place your trash on the ground. - Do not leave trash out overnight. - If you smoke at your site or on the grounds, please do not litter. Electrical Use - You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. - Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. - Please be mindful of your amp usage so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. - Please inform management if you have any electrical or other issues during your stay, and we will try to resolve the issue or relocate you to a different site within our park. Emergency & Safety - In case of severe weather, seek shelter inside Carroll’s Sausage & Country Store. - If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, reach out between 9 AM and 7 PM. - In case of emergency, dial 911. Pets - We love pets, so please bring them with you, and please do not leave them inside your RV.
