Is there additional parking?
- Each site includes parking for an RV and 2 vehicles.
- Please ask the manager if you will need additional parking.
Are pets allowed?
- Pets are allowed if they are on a leash and accompanied by their owner.
- We do not allow pets to roam freely within the community.
Rules
Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in: 1:00 pm
- Check-out: 1:00 pm
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
- Loud music that is disruptive to other guests is prohibited.
Late Fees
- Any past-due rent or fees will result in a $10 per day late fee.
Laundry
- The laundry facility is available to registered tenants only.
Drug
- We have zero tolerance for drug use or possession.
- Violations will be reported to police.
Guest
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your guests and children obey community rules.
- Guests must register with the manager before entering the property.
Children
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the pool.
Fire
- No campfires or fireworks are permitted.
Pets
- If pets are outside they must be on a leash guided by the owner.
- You must pick up all feces and other trash created by your pet.
- We do not allow aggressive breeds on the property.
Vehicles
- All vehicles must be parked on your own lot.
- Parking on other lots is not allowed.
- Vehicles must have current tags and be operational to be parked on the property.
- The speed limit for the property is 5 MPH.
- Off-highway vehicles may not be used on the property.
- Approval is required to park more than 2 vehicles or any boats, trailers, or large vehicles.
Yards
- Yards must be kept clean at all times.
- No furniture, clotheslines, pools, trampolines, tents swing sets, basketball stands, or other large items allowed without approval.
Trash
- Personal trash cans and trash bags are not permitted to be kept outside at any time.
- Trash bags are required for trash placed in the community dumpster.
- Trash needs to go inside the dumpster, not beside or behind it.
- Trash that is dumped outside the dumpster or non-household items dumped in the dumpster will be subject to a $100 dumping fine.
- Please notify management if you see any non-residents using the dumpster.

- All facilities are used at your own risk.
- Flint River RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to guests or property.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
