The city of Euharlee (pronounced You-Harley) takes it's name from Euharlee Creek, which in turn comes from the Cherokee name Eufaula, meaning, "She laughs as she runs". With a population of 4,421 (Census data: Population Estimate 2020), Euharlee covers 5.4 square miles and is the third largest city in Bartow County. Euharlee maintains a City Police force, is protected by Bartow County Fire Department Station 3, and is home to two schools and four churches. City Hall is located at 30 Burge's Mill Road. City Hall's operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
