Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 2 pm. - Check-out is 12 pm (noon). - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Minimum Stay - Guests are required to stay for a minimum of 3 nights during the holiday week/weekends. Reservations - Sites will not be held without paying the full amounts for the stay. Fees And Charges - If additional fees are incurred, they will be charged to the credit card on file. - Prices and fees are subject to change without notice. Rates - Prices listed do not include sales tax. - Seasonal rates include weekends during the season and two weeks’ vacation time. - Additional time over two weeks will be charged $200 per season.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
