Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: 1 p.m. - Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am Registration & Supervision - All campers and visitors must register upon entering the park. - Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the park. Smoking & Fire Safety - No smoking in any building. - Firecrackers, Fireworks, or Explosives are NOT allowed in the park. - Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits sitting on gravel. Weapons Policy - The discharge of firearms is not allowed on the premises. Trash Disposal - Trash must be placed in the dumpster. Do not leave trash at your site. Our Trees - Please respect the trees. - Do not cut, bend, or drive nails into the trees.   - Anyone caught doing so will be fined $100 or more, depending on the seriousness of the offense. Vehicles - The Speed Limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.  - Please do not wash your car or RV in the park. - Do not drive or park on the grass or patios. - Do not drive through empty sites. - Park on the assigned site only. - Only 2 vehicles per site are allowed. - Additional utility trailers, boats, atvs can be parked in a designated area for an additional fee, but cannot be parked at the site. - Please see the park manager to get arrangements.    Sites - Clotheslines, space heaters, window unit air conditioners, outside refrigerators, and freezers are not allowed. - Please keep your site neat and clean. - We recommend you use a pressure regulator. - Our pressure is 90 PSI. Hydrants - There is a potential for freezing temperatures in the winter months. - Be aware of the temperature. - You are responsible for protecting the hydrant from freezing.  - You have the option of using heat tape and insulation wrap or turning off the hydrant, disconnecting your water hose and pressure regulator from the hydrant. - Our hydrants drain when they are turned off and nothing is attached to them. - If you fail to do this and the hydrant freezes and must be replaced, you will be charged $250. Pet Policy - Always pick up after your pet. - Pet waste must be picked up immediately, wrapped up, and placed in the trash.  - Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior. - All pets must always be kept on a leash and under the owner’s control at all times.   - Pets are not allowed in any buildings.   - Pets should not disturb other campers, and dogs should not be allowed to bark continuously.  - Pets should not be left unattended.  - The pet owner will be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by the pet. Monthly Renters    - Rent is due on or before the 1st of the month.  - There will be a late charge of $50 on the 3rd of the month. - Also, if your electric wattage exceeds 1000 kWh in one month, you will be charged at a rate of $.12 per watt for the excess.
