Rules
Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time: 1 PM–6 PM EST
- Check-out time: 11 AM
- Early check-in is not permitted unless arranged prior to arrival.
- The guest who paid for the site the night before you has paid for their site until 11 AM.
- We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early.
- If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at 1 PM.
- We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early.
- There is a $15 late check-in fee for guests arriving after 6 PM EST.
- Please reach out to the office to arrange for late check-in if you think you will be arriving after hours.
- Check-out time is 11 AM.
- You do not need to get in touch with the office for check-out.
- Late check-out is available if arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
- Late check-out may not be available due to other reservations.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Monthly Rates And Checkout Policy
- Half the month rate is $400 from the 1st to the 15th.
- The full month rate is $800.
- Any additional nights are $40 per night.
- Example 1: Checkout on the 6th equals $240.
- Example 2: Checkout on the 19th equals $500, plus $120 equals $620.
- Additional days are counted by the night.
- If you check out on the 19th, you pay through the night of the 18th.
- If leaving according to Example 1, the refund amount would be $760.
Payments
- Short-term camping is due on the day of arrival.
- For long-term camping, rent is due on the first of every month.
- Arrivals in the middle of the month will be prorated to the first.
- There will be a 3% fee applied to all credit card transactions.
Site Maintenance Rules
- Your site must always be clean of trash such as bottles, bottle caps, and cigarette butts.
- If you have an outside trash can, it must have a locking lid and be weighed down with gravel or sand so that it will not tip over.
- Make sure you empty the cans and do not let them run over.
- Rugs are only allowed on the gravel, as they kill the grass.
- You may be charged a fee if there is damage to sites or garbage left behind after departure.
- Agreement to these terms allows the campground to charge a fee if deemed necessary.
Sites Policy
- You have been assigned a specific site.
- If you wish to move, please check with the office.
- Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.
- Please inquire before moving sites.
- Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.
Speed Limit
- The park speed limit is 10 mph.
- This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe.
- Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning.
- Multiple warnings will require you to leave.
- Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
Cabins/Rental Campers
- If you are renting a camper or cabin, please be respectful of the space.
- Our units are pet-friendly; however, pets must be kept in a crate if left alone.
- We may have to enter for maintenance purposes.
- Cabin air filters are cleaned once per month.
- Camper tanks are emptied once per week.
- You may be charged a fee if there is damage to the units or garbage left behind after departure.
- Agreement to these terms allows the campground to charge a fee if deemed necessary.
Parking Policy
- Each site will receive three parking passes.
- Every site is guaranteed parking for their camper and one vehicle.
- If your site has room for two vehicles, you may do so as long as you are in the graveled area of your site.
- Any extra vehicles must park in the visitor parking area.
- Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site.
- Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
- Do not park in the grass.
- For any parking-related questions or inquiries about bringing trailers, boats, or other vehicles, please reach out to the office prior to arrival.
Fires/Open Fires Policy
- Open fires are not allowed in the park.
- Fires must be in firepits.
- Burning trash is not allowed, including food or glass bottles.
- Broken glass is a hazard to everyone.
- Please empty firepits before departure.
- Please choose a spot for your fire pit and do not move it.
- Do not use used motor oil on your fire.
Pets Policy
- There is a three-pet maximum for each campsite unless otherwise cleared with the office.
- Pets must be kept on a leash.
- Pets are not permitted inside the laundry room.
- Please ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations.
- Be a good neighbor and clean up after your pet, regardless of where you are in the park.
- Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or other guests’ sites.
- Failure to clean up after your pet will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
- Excessive barking and pet aggression are not tolerated and disturb your neighbors.
- Such issues may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets are only permitted on tie-outs when you are outside and present with them.
- You may not leave pets outside unattended at any time.
- The campground is not responsible for any pet-related accidents.
Trash Disposal Rules
- We have six dumpsters located throughout the park that are picked up early on Tuesday mornings.
- If one is full, please find another with space.
- Please break down all boxes before placing them in the dumpster.
- Tie trash bags completely closed before placing them in the dumpster.
- Wildlife such as possums and raccoons are attracted to left-out food.
- Do not leave food waste outside to avoid unwanted animal visits.
- If you have old mattresses, canopies, grills, or other large items, please place them completely in the dumpster.
- Place nothing on the ground outside the dumpster.
- No outside dumping or dumping of products from your job site is allowed.
Mail Rules
- Packages and paper mail can be delivered to the campground address.
- Please include your name and site number if possible.
- We do not sign for packages.
- Packages are delivered to the container outside the office and then to sites in the afternoon on weekdays.
- Check daily if you are expecting a delivery.
Restrooms/Shower House Rules
- Restrooms are open 24/7 except for a temporary closing once per day for cleaning.
- Please help keep the restrooms clean.
- Guests under 18 need adult supervision in bathrooms and showers.
- Do not leave belongings in the restrooms or showers.
- Items left behind may be discarded.
Laundry Room Rules
- We have two laundry rooms on-site.
- Laundry rooms stay open 24 hours.
- There is a change machine in the laundry room beside the restrooms.
- Please do not leave your laundry in the washer or dryer.
- After the laundry sits for 10 minutes, another resident is allowed to move it.
- Clean out your pockets before washing.
- Do not wash excessively large bedding.
- Please turn off the lights and close the door completely when you leave.
- The campground is not responsible for accidents or theft.
Children/Minor Policy
- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times on the playground, in the pool area, and around the lake.
- Riding bicycles without a parent and on the main entrance road is prohibited.
- Children may not use restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pool (During Open Season)
- No lifeguard is on duty.
- Pool opens at 10 AM and closes at 8 PM.
- Anyone under 18 must be supervised at all times.
- Horseplay, running, and diving are not permitted in the pool area.
- Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the fenced pool area.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
- Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool.
- Only swimsuits and swimming trunks are permitted.
- If another adult will supervise your child, they must sign an Adult Supervision Agreement in the office.

Lake Rules
- Kayaks, canoes, and swimming are prohibited in the lake.
- Fishing is catch-and-release only.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sewer Policy
- Do not flush tampons or any flushable wipes down your toilet.
- If renting one of the campground’s campers, the staff handles grey and black tanks.
- Do not dump or flush regular toilet paper in rental campers.
Electrical Use
- You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV.
- Amp usage over the 30 or 50 amps provided can trip your breaker.
- Please be mindful of your amp usage to avoid tripping your breaker.
- Please notify the office if you have electrical issues during your stay.
- Maintenance will assist, as guests are not permitted to diagnose electrical pedestals.
- Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit working on campground pedestals unless hired to do so.
Quiet Hours
- Please be respectful of other campers if you are listening to music.
- Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Noise should be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
- If issues persist past the first warning, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Other Vehicles Rules
- Golf carts, side-by-sides, and minibikes are allowed, but ATVs are not.
- All vehicles must stay on the gravel.
- Drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
- The number of people in your cart cannot exceed the number of seats.
- No standing on the back or riding on the fenders of the cart.
Washing
- Hose washing is not permitted as it can cause a mess and disturb your neighbors.
Decks
- You may build a small set of steps for your door.
- Large decks are not permitted.
- Any steps built must be taken with you upon departure.
Fireworks And Firearms
- Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in the park.
- The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers.
- The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, airsoft, BB, and pellet guns.
- If these items are seen outside your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Drones
- Drones are not permitted in the park.
- Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.
Repairs Policy
- Repairs to vehicles are not permitted in the park.
- This includes working on cars, trucks, and other vehicles.
Insurance
- Insurance on your camper is not required.
- The campground is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters such as trees, wind, or snow.
- Damage caused by another camper is between the two parties.
Severe Weather
- In case of severe weather, you may seek shelter in the restrooms or laundry room.
- Please bring your pets with you and do not leave them in your RV.
- You may also go to the local fire department for shelter.
Safety And Emergencies
- If you observe any concerning activity, please reach out to the office.
- No soliciting is allowed.
- If you need to phone emergency services and time allows, notify the office so maintenance staff can escort personnel to your site.
General
- The campground reserves the right to ask any camper or guest to leave the premises at any time.
- Rules are subject to change as the campground management sees fit.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
