Hatfield's Hideout RV Rentals offer a comfortable and fully equipped stay with access to all the campground amenities. Each rental features 50-amp electricity, a mini fridge, and an oven. Enjoy the convenience of a public shower and bathroom, along with a shaded, waterfront site that includes a charcoal grill, fire ring, picnic table, and dense gravel pad. Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in Time: 3 p.m. - Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - If the Guest or any member of the rental party, visitor, or person that obtained access to the property that was allowed by the Guest does not vacate the property on the above departure date and time, the Guest will result in loss of the security deposit. - If the property is entered before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, the Guest will be charged for an extra day. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Maximum Occupancy ​ - The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to ​4, ​unless the Resort gives its prior written consent. - A charge of $25.00 US dollars per person per night will be assessed for each person who stays in the Property in addition to the rental party listed in the table above. - Guests will be charged without notice for additional persons staying in the property and not disclosed to the resort. Smoking Policy - The property is​ non-smoking.​ - Any evidence of smoking in the cabins or campers will result in the loss of the security deposit. ​Responsible Behavior - The rental party agrees to act in such a manner as to allow those nearby the peaceful enjoyment of the property. - Any person or persons belonging to the rental party who create a private or public nuisance may be ejected without refund. Keys and Access - Code ​Resort will provide the Guest with ​1 key ​, which will unlock the door going into the property. - Additional keys are ​not available ​at the front desk. ​ - A fee of $20 US dollars will be charged to the guest for failure to return a key and will be deducted from the security deposit. - $119.00 Nightly rental rate. - Reservation deposit $100.00. - Pet Fee $50 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. - Security / Damage Deposit $100 Visitors ​- All persons not registered to the site at check-in will be considered visitors. - Any visitor staying overnight is subject to additional charges. - No visitor will be allowed to use the common facilities or amenities when the Guest is not on the property. - Registered campers are responsible for their visitors and will be held financially responsible for​ all persons not registered to the site at check-in will be considered visitors. - They must register at the office before entering the Resort. - Damages to Hatfield’s Hideout Riverfront Cabins and Campground property are the financial responsibility of the registered guest. - Those who do not comply will be considered trespassers. Caution - Please enter the campsite with care and safety. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - All pets on the property must be cleared prior to arrival at the property. - A $50 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged per pet. - Maximum number of pets, 2 per rental, weighing no more than 40 pounds. - If pets are inside and left unattended, they must be in a crate. - Must not be left outside when owners are away from the site or resort, nor may they be left inside an RV to continually bark. - Excessive barking, growling, or any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. - If your pet is not under control, you may be asked to leave the resort without a refund. - Do not tie your pet to any resort property, including trees, picnic tables, or railings of cabins. - Pets must always be on a leash. - Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of all pet waste in a proper receptacle. - No display of pet cages or fences. Breed/Species restrictions apply. - Quiet hours must be maintained for all pets from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. - There is a $200 charge for bringing a pet and not notifying us, or bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly unit. - Per state law, we are required to have a copy of the rabies vaccination for all pets. - Bordetella vaccination is required. - An immunization record is required. - Only dogs permitted. - $250 cleaning fee will be applied if damages are incurred and will be charged to the card on file. Reservations and Payments - A reservation deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking. - The remaining balance will be due by the arrival date. - If a reservation is made 30 days or less before the arrival date, the full amount will be due at booking. - Cancelations made prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund. - Cancelations made exactly 30 days or less to the arrival date will not receive a refund for any reason. Security Deposit The deposit is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met: - No damage is done to the property or its contents. - No excessive cleaning is needed. - All checkout instructions are followed. - No charges for smoking, pets, contraband, or services during the stay. - Any charges accrued during the stay are paid in full prior to departure. - All trash at departure is removed and placed in the appropriate container. - No early check-in or late check-out unless approved by the owner before the arrival date. Refunds - Camping is an outdoor experience. - No refunds or credits provided due to the discomfort of nature. - No refunds or credits will be made for early departures. - Guest, Rental Party Member, visitor is not ejected by the Owner, Seaside manager, or law. - No items from the cabins/campers/sites are missing. - No linens are missing. - Guest rental party member, visitor is not ejected by Owner, Hatfield’s Management, or law enforcement Force Majeure - No liability will be accepted by the Owner for unforeseeable or any circumstances beyond the Owner's ability to control. - Examples would include, but are not limited to, Civil riots, War, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disasters, acts of God, fire, or other events. Furnishings ​- The property is currently furnished as advertised, but is subject to change without notice. - Furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment, utensils, and other personal property supplied must not be removed from the property. - Loss of any items within the property or damage will be charged to the guest. - The property will be inspected shortly after the Guest's departure. - All contents belong to the Owner. ​ - If something breaks, the Guest must notify Owner within 24 hours​. - Guest or any person belonging to the rental party, visitor, etc., is not allowed to alter the wiring of any television or electronic equipment inside the property. Parking - Parking of vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, and trailers available at rental units/sites. - Overflow parking available. Trash Disposal - Please set trash outside your door for pick up each evening​. Air Conditioning ​- Please do not set the temperature lower than 70 degrees or heat above 76 degrees. - Extreme cooling will cause the unit to freeze up and usually will not start working again for 24 hours, and can cause damage to the unit. ​ - DO not run the AC with the door open. - If you are going outside, please shut off the AC prior to doing so. - Leaving the unit on will cause moisture inside the condo and damage to the HVAC unit. - If a Guest or member of the Party freezes up the unit or causes damage to the unit by not adhering to these rules, the Guest will be responsible for the cost to have the unit repaired. Guest Expectations - No refund will be due to unmet expectations including, but not limited to problems with amenities, furniture, power outages, inoperable equipment including TVs or cable, lack of cable content or specific channel, internet service, adverse travel or weather conditions, acts of God, presence of mold, airborne spores, cleanliness, poor lighting, insects, rodents, noise of any kind, construction, animal allergens, allergic reactions, water leaks of any kind or any other perceived problem. - If, for any reason, you decide not to rent the property, you will forfeit the total payment. Legalities ​- The resort and owners will not be liable for damage or injury to the guest or any other person, property occurring on the premises or any part thereof. - Guest and any member of the Rental Party or visitor agrees to hold Hatfield’s Hideout Riverfront Cabins and Campground and owners harmless for any claims of damage, no matter how caused. - Owner(s) and Hatfield’s Hideout will not be responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other damages to the Guest or any member of the Rental Party's personal property. - Guest and any member of the Rental Party agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Owners and Hatfield’s Hideout from any loss or damage, including attorney fees, incurred as a result of any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgements, fines, or penalties arising out of the guest's use or occupancy of the property. - Guest agrees to pay all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Owner or Hatfield’s Hideout in the enforcement of its rights under this agreement. Rates - The Owner reserves the right at its discretion to raise or lower rates at any time. - The Guest will not have to pay an increased rate after a confirmed reservation. - However, if the price goes down, the Guest will not receive a refund for the difference. Underage Alcohol Consumption ​- If underage drinking is discovered, the entire Party will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of any kind for the remaining time and will also forfeit the security deposit. Damages ​ - Please inspect the property for damages on arrival and call email [email protected]​ or alert staff during normal business hours upon check-in to report any damages found. - If there is damage to the property that is not reported at check-in, the Guest will be responsible for the damage. - Accidents happen, but any damage, such as spills or marks on the wall, etc., that require extra cleaning will be deducted from the damage deposit. - If damage occurs secondary to an accident or misuse, the Guest will be responsible for the damage, and the credit card on file will be charged. - If the Guest disputes the charge, the Owner will take legal action even if it will cost more than the item or the damage costs to repair. - The Owner asks that you report and be upfront with any damage, and maybe something can be worked out. - Towels and washcloths cost money as well. - A fee of $20 per towel and $10 per washcloth will be charged to the Guest for any loss or stains that will not come out. Cleaning ​- The property will be cleaned before arrival, but no daily housekeeping service is provided. - The towels and linens provided will have to be used for the entire stay. - There is a washer and dryer inside the property for guests to use if needed, but the Guest will need to purchase high-efficiency laundry detergent. - Based on availability, a cleaning service may be available during your stay. - Please ask the Owner for price and availability, as this will vary depending on the time of year. Firewood, Firepits, Fireplaces - No outside firewood permitted in the resort. - Firewood is available for purchase at the office and will be delivered to your site free of charge. - Please do not stack firewood on grass, and do not cut down trees. - Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits and must be attended to at all times. - Absolutely no burning of garbage, paper, cans, glass, etc. in your fire pit or fireplaces. Firewood only. - Please do not overload! ​Damage to the fireplace will be the financial responsibility of the guest. Vendors - No sale or solicitation of any product, including but not limited to souvenirs, food, merchandise, etc. “For Sale” signs permitted only on private campers/vehicles. Video / Camera Surveillance - Property and Buildings are monitored. - Customer grants to Hatfield’s Hideout Riverfront Cabins and Campground, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. - Customer authorizes Hatfield’s Hideout Riverfront Cabins and Campground, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. - I agree that Hatfield’s Hideout Riverfront Cabins and Campground may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. Accidents / Incidents - Have to be reported to management and have a report filed no later than 24 hours after the accident/incident. Resort rights - Access to the property may be needed by the resort, manager, or independent contractors. - The Guest agrees to allow access as needed. Notice will be given when possible. - The Owner or Agent representing the Owner has the right to enter and inspect the property without prior notice at any time. - Should the Guest or Rental party violate any part of this agreement, it shall be terminated immediately without refund. - All guests should adhere to state, county, city ordinances/laws and Hatfield’s Hideout rules at all times. - Any failure to do so could result in immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of all money paid. - There will be no refunds ​for shortened stays or cancellations due to family emergency, illness, work obligations, ruined expectations because of weather, power outages, or any other conditions that are beyond control by the Owner.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
