Registration and Arrival Procedure - Camping Check-in time: 1:00 pm. - Camping Check-out time: 11:00 am. - Motel/Cottage/Cabin Check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Motel/Cottage/Cabin Check-out time: 11:00 am. - Early check-in or late check-out for campsites will incur a $10 fee. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rental - All rentals are non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Age Restrictions - Must be 21 years old and have a driver's license and credit card on file; otherwise, if paying by cash or check, a cash deposit equal to one night is required. Sales Tax - Sales tax will be added where applicable. Rates - Our family-friendly camping site rates at Diamond cover two adults and up to 6 children under the age of 18 years old. - The maximum occupancy on each site is 8 persons. - Additional adults may be added to the site for a fee, but that would diminish the number of available spots for children. - Please inquire about maximum occupancy fees for Rental Accommodations. Visitors - You are allowed to receive visitors throughout the duration of your stay. - The fee for visitors is $5.00 per person, with children/ 2 years being free. - Guests can arrive as early as 8:00 am and must depart the property no later than park quiet hours (10 pm Sunday through Thursday & 11 pm Friday and Saturday). - The $5.00 fee allows full access to as many or as few of the activities and events that the standard camper can attend throughout the day. - Additional fees may be required for some events and activities. IE: Mini-Golf, GoKarts, Pay Activities, etc. Deposit - A 50% deposit is required for each reservation at the time of booking, with the remainder of the balance due 30 days in advance of your stay. - This deposit is refundable if you cancel 2 days in advance, less a $10 processing fee. - Cancellations with less than 2 days' notice will be given no refunds or credits. - There is a two-night minimum stay on all reservations and a three-night stay on holiday (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) weekends. Site Lock - Please note that a site selection is a request. - An optional fee of $12.00 can be applied should you want to request an exact site. - If you do not apply this fee, there is a chance that you may not receive the exact site you'd originally wanted or requested. Pet Policy - Full responsibility for your pet and to hold this campground harmless of any and all liability and be personally responsible for any/all injuries and/or damages resulting from your pet. Swimming Pool Policy - Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the swimming pool.
