Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - Upon check-in, you may be asked to provide a valid ID, a certificate of insurance, and registration for your RV. - The minimum check-in age is 18 years. - You do not need to contact the office to check out. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Vehicle Washing - Washing RVs, boats, or vehicles is not permitted. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 11 PM to 7 AM on weekends and Holidays. - Weekdays 10 PM to 7 AM. Prohibited Activities - No solicitation of any kind will be tolerated. - No illegal activities are to be conducted on Eddy Vegas Campground Property. - If the authorities are called for any reason other than emergency (i.e., needing an ambulance) you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. - This would be for any illegal (drugs on property, fighting (physical or verbal), theft, etc. - There will be no refund of funds. Pet Policy - Pets are permitted. - Maximum of 3 pets. - All pets must be registered. - We reserve the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. - Pets must be on a leash at all times. - The leash must be 8 feet or less. - Do not walk pets into other campers' sites. - Park is not responsible for and will hold pet owners accountable for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). - Clean up after your pet. - Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. - Pets may not be left unattended in our park. - Due to insurance requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. - Please make sure your pets' shots are up to date. - Excessive barking is not allowed. Alcohol Consumption - Alcoholic beverage consumption is limited to your site and RV Trash and Site Cleanliness - Do not throw garbage on the ground. - You are responsible for keeping your site clean, orderly, and uncluttered. - Please place all daily camp garbage in the dumpster provided. - Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in the dumpster. - Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees Campfires - Fire rings are provided at each campsite. - Campers must abide by all burn laws. - Fire must be contained in the fire ring and attended at all times. - You must pour water on the fire daily/nightly and make sure it is extinguished prior to departing for the day/night. - Parents/Caretakers are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their children while the fire is burning. - Please do not leave trash in the fire ring. Visitor Policy - All visitors must register at the office. - Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. Golf Cart Policy - Golf Carts are permitted. - Must be 16 years of age to operate golf carts. - Golf carts are for daylight hours only and at low speed. Damage and Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage and repair caused ON Eddy Vegas Campground Property. - Guests agree to pay for any and all damages incurred during their stay. - Guests acknowledge this policy when agreeing to the terms and conditions. Eviction and Refunds - Guest violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay. Insurance Requirements - The camper shall maintain liability, fire, wind, and other hazard insurance coverage on their unit and personal property located on the campsite. - The insurance policy must provide coverage of the camper's acts or omissions related to the campground and campsite. - Campers must have liability insurance on all motor vehicles operated on the Campground, including golf carts and other vehicles that are not licensed for use on public roads. Vehicle Standards - All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. Site Changes - Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking. - You have been assigned a specific site. - If you want to move, please check with the office. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. - Please inquire before moving sites. Payment Policy - All rent is to be paid on or before the actual due date. - We do not prorate monthly rent. - We will not take partial payments. - We reserve the right to ask you to leave within 48 hours if behind on rent or if Campground rules have not been followed. - If you have a return check, there is a fee of $50 for all checks, as well as the fees that your bank charges. - Yearly sites are non refundable and non-transferable unless pre-approved by management. - Electric bills are due the first of the month or when your rent is due if the front desk is notified.
