Seventeen back-in sites run in standard and premium categories, both carrying water, sewer, and electric on 20, 30, and 50-amp, sized to 45 feet, with picnic tables. Two tiers keep booking simple, and every site sits within a short walk of the water. The amenity set is deliberately minimal — there is no pool, no clubhouse, and no programming, which keeps rates low and suits guests who came for the beach and the fishing rather than for a resort. The Gulf is the recreation, with swimming and boating from the property. Pets are welcome. Six hundred feet from the water is the entire proposition, and on this stretch of coast it is a genuinely rare position. Cameron Parish is remote and ecologically extraordinary — saltwater marsh, barrier beach, and the Creole Nature Trail's All-American Road running through some of the best birding country in North America. The spring migration fallouts here, when exhausted songbirds drop into the coastal chenier woods after crossing the Gulf, draw serious birders from around the world. Holly Beach is known locally as the Cajun Riviera, and the redfish and speckled trout fishing along the beach and in the surrounding marsh is excellent. Spring migration and summer beach season drive the heaviest demand, with fall fishing strong. Reserve ahead for warm-weather weekends and the April migration window.

The park is in a great location. The beach was 100 yards away. Owner was an awesome friendly guy. He made sure we had everything we needed. The only negotiable is there are no shower rooms. But that seems to be the standard in this area.

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - CHECK-IN: 2 PM - CHECK-OUT: 12 PM - All daily and weekly reservations require a reservation deposit equal to the daily rate at the time of your stay. - Early check-in/late check-out is available for a fee. - Contact the office for availability. - No refunds given 1 hour following check-in. - No refunds given for early departure, unless required due to mandatory evacuation. - Site numbers are not guaranteed. - Each registration includes 6 guests. - Additional guest fees of $5.00 per night will apply to guests 6 years of age or older. - Maximum of 8 guests per site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - QUIET HOURS 10 PM-7 AM - Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time. Fire Pits - Do not burn anything other than wood and DO NOT leave fire unattended. - Fire pits are permitted as long as the fire is up off the ground, located in a self-contained unit with a cover. - DO NOT place fire on the grass or concrete. Please make sure not to damage the grass or concrete pad. Trash - Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters. - Dumpster hours Mon-Fri 9 am – 4 pm Sat & Sun 9 am – 7 pm - The disposal site is next to the Holly Beach Fire Station on Hwy 27. Speed Limit - 5MPH and strictly enforced. - Only 2 vehicles per site. - DO NOT park at other sites. Golf Carts - Are permitted. Boats/Watercraft - Are permitted. - Must fit on your site. Pet Policy - We are a Pet-Friendly Park! - Just a few rules: - Pets may not be left outside unattended or inside the RV barking - Please do not walk your dog on another guest’s site - Keep your dog on a leash at all times - Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated - You MUST clean up after your dog! - Pet owners are fully responsible and liable for the behavior and safety of their pets. Site Appearance - Please keep the site clean at all times - No cigarette butts, trash, paper, or pet deposits should be left on sites or yards at any time Not Permitted On-Site - Portable hot tubs, refrigerators/ appliances outside of RV, excessive clutter, auto repairs, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, firearms. Visitor/Children Policy - You are responsible for the actions of your party, including visitors and children. - Guests will be asked to leave for intoxication, rowdy behavior, or using profanity or drugs. - Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult after dark. - Rates include up to 6 guests. - Additional guests require a fee and must register. Loss or Damage - Holly Beach RV Park will always make decisions with safety and security as our number one goal, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. - Campers, guests and visitors use all facilities and property at their own risk.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience fees and a $3 park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund. - 3-day minimum for Holiday stays. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
