Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- RV Spots and Primitive Tent Spots check-in is at 2:00 PM CST.
- RV Spots and Primitive Tent Spots check-out is at 12:00 PM CST.
- Lodge Rooms, Cabins, and RV Rentals check-in is at 3:00 PM CST.
- Lodge Rooms, Cabins, and RV Rentals check-out is at 11:00 AM CST.
- Upon arrival, all guests and visitors must check in at the office located in the lodge.
- If you plan on arriving late, please reach out to the park for instructions on check-in.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
General Policies
- We kindly ask that tenants and guests be mindful of the impact their actions may have on the property and that they are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or their pets.
- By staying with us, tenants assume all risks and agree to hold Huckleberry Hideaway Cabins & RV Resort, LLC harmless for any related incidents.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries or the loss, damage, or theft of personal property or vehicles.
- Please ensure that your valuables are securely locked up during your stay.
- We maintain the right to request the removal of any person(s) who do not adhere to park policies.
Visitor Policy
- Visitors are welcome from 9 AM to 10 PM but are not permitted to stay overnight.
- All visitors must register at the office, pay the appropriate fee, and display a parking pass.
- Visitors must leave by 10 PM, as overnight stays are not permitted.
- Please check with the office prior to inviting visitors to confirm availability.
Long-Term Stays
- Guests staying with us for a month or longer will need to sign an agreement.

Site Maintenance and Cleanliness
- We ask that all sites be kept neat and clean throughout your stay.
- Please dispose of trash in the provided containers and ensure bags are securely closed.
- Wildlife may be attracted to improperly discarded trash, so please help us keep the park clean and safe.
RV Sites Policy
- Each RV site is designed to accommodate one RV or travel trailer, one tow vehicle, and one additional vehicle, unless otherwise specified.
- All vehicles must be parked within the designated boundaries of the site without encroaching on neighboring spaces or roadways.
- Additional vehicles may require prior approval and must be parked in designated overflow areas.
- Each RV site accommodates up to four guests.
- A maximum of six guests is allowed per site.
- Additional guests beyond four will incur a $10 fee per person, per reservation.
Tent Sites
- Each tent site includes one designated gravel pad and is limited to one tent per site.
- Pop-up campers and van camping are permitted within tent sites as long as they fit entirely within the designated area and do not exceed the space or impact neighboring sites.
- All setups must maintain the natural integrity of the site and comply with park quiet hours and safety guidelines.
- Each tent site accommodates up to four guests.
RV Rentals and Cabins
- Each RV rental and cabin reservation includes parking for a maximum of two vehicles.
- Tents are not permitted at or around RV rentals or cabins.
- Additional vehicles must be approved in advance and may require parking in designated overflow areas.
- Each RV and cabin rental site accommodates up to four guests.
- A maximum of six guests is allowed per site.
- Additional guests beyond four will incur a $10 fee per person, per reservation.
- If you have more than six guests in an RV rental, please reach out to us for prior approval.
- This policy helps ensure guest safety, preserve site quality, and maintain a peaceful environment for all visitors.
Safety and Weather
- In case of severe weather, please seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room.
- Please bring your pets with you during severe weather alerts, as they should not be left behind in RVs.
- Please be mindful of your power usage to avoid tripping the breakers.
- If you experience any electrical issues, kindly notify the office, and we will arrange for maintenance to assist you.
- For safety reasons, horseplay and riding bicycles without parental supervision are prohibited.
- For safety reasons, drones are not allowed within the park.
- The use of fireworks or firearms is strictly prohibited.
- Violations will result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.
Facilities and Amenities
- The laundry room is open 24/7.
- Please do not leave laundry unattended, as we are not responsible for any accidents or theft.
- Restrooms are open 24/7 with a brief daily cleaning closure.
- Please help keep them tidy.
- Children must be supervised while using the restrooms and showers.
- The playground opens at 8 AM and closes at dusk.
- Please ensure your children are supervised at all times and refrain from climbing fruit trees, as this can damage them.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Please be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Children and Supervision
- Children must always be supervised by an adult.
EV Charging
- A $20 charging permit must be obtained from the Lodge Office before charging.
- Failure to do so will result in an additional $20 penalty, totaling $40.
- Continued non-compliance may result in being asked to leave the property with no refund.
Trash and Wildlife Awareness
- Please dispose of all trash in the enclosed receptacles around the park, and do not leave trash out overnight.
- Our park is nestled in a secluded, wooded area, and guests should be aware that wildlife—including wild animals, birds of prey, reptiles, and insects—can be present.
- Always supervise pets and children to ensure their safety.
Site Changes
- If you wish to move to a different site, please check with the office before doing so.
- Due to reservations and maintenance, site changes may not always be possible.
Open Fires
- For safety reasons, open fires are not allowed.
- Fires must be contained in firepits or designated fire rings.
Parking
- Please do not park in adjacent sites or common areas.
- Parking in unauthorized areas will incur additional charges.
Storage
- Storing items under or around your RV or picnic table is not permitted.
Park Navigation
- We ask that you respect the privacy of your neighbors and avoid walking between sites.
- Use the main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to navigate the park.
Tent Camping
- Tent camping is available in the designated primitive campground areas only.
Pet Policies
- All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival.
- Pet owners are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets.
- We ask that pets remain on a leash at all times and under the control of an adult while in the campground.
- This helps ensure the safety of everyone, including other pets and guests.
- Pets may be off-leash in the designated dog park, but owners must remain aware of their pet's behavior and ensure they are not disturbing others.
- Please do not tie your pet to trees, posts, or doors.
- Pets are not permitted on the children’s playground or inside the Lodge.
- Always clean up after your pet.
- If your pet leaves waste, please dispose of it properly.
- Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the park without a refund.
- Pets should not be left unattended in the park, and we ask that you avoid tying pets to trees.
- Unattended pets may be at risk, especially during severe weather or power outages.
- For guests staying in our cabins or rented RVs, pets are not allowed on the beds.
- A $50 charge will apply if this policy is violated.
- Ensure that your pet's vaccinations are up to date.
- Excessive barking is not allowed, as it disturbs your neighbors.
- Repeated incidents may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is deemed unsuitable for the peace and safety of the resort.
Vehicle Policies
- The speed limit is 5 mph throughout the park to ensure the safety of all guests, including children and pets.
- Violating this speed limit may result in a warning or removal from the park after multiple warnings.
- Each paid guest registration allows one RV or travel trailer, one tow rig, and one additional vehicle per site unless specified otherwise.
- A $20 charging permit must be obtained from the Lodge Office before charging.
- Failure to do so will result in an additional $20 penalty, totaling $40.
- Continued non-compliance may result in being asked to leave the property with no refund.
- Please do not park in common areas, block roads, or use sites not registered to you.
- ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and other gas-powered off-road vehicles are not allowed to be used in the park and must remain on the trailer.
- Electric golf carts and mobility scooters are welcome to be used by adults and must be used respectfully.
Safety and Emergencies
- Monthly guests are required to submit emergency contact information.
- This information is kept private and will only be used in case of emergencies.
- We do not accept mail or package deliveries at the park.

Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged a fee equal to one night's stay.
Monthly Reservations
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
