Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 2pm. - Check-out time is 11am. - Please note: we do not have anywhere for you to wait if your site is not available. - You may not stay on the property to utilize any amenities beyond 11am. - You are welcome to just depart, stopping in the office isn't necessary. - Late departures may result in additional fees. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - The speed limit throughout the park is 5 miles per hour. - Please be mindful of children on bikes & playing. - Violators may be asked to park or leave the property. Quiet hours - Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. - Please be mindful of your neighbors & keep noise levels to a minimum. - Music, TV & voices should not be able to be heard beyond your campsite. - You may be asked to leave if we need to speak with you regarding your noise level. Generators - Generator usage is not permitted at any time. Children - Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. - Children under the age of 16 are required to have a parent inside the pool fence with them at all times. Pet Policy - Pets must be leashed, under control & attended at all times. - Pets are not to be left alone in a tent at any time. - Owners must clean up after their pets & properly dispose of waste. - Bags & receptacles are available throughout the campground. - Excessive barking is not tolerated. - Adults must be with children under 16 while walking pets. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings or in the pool area. Visitors - All visitors must check in & register at the office. - Registered guests are responsible for their visitors. - There is a $15 per person adult for visitors. - All visitors must vacate by 10pm. Pool Policy - Swim at your own risk. - No lifeguard on duty. - No diving or jumping. - No smoking, no glass, no alcohol, no food or drinks in the pool area. - Anyone 16 or younger must have an adult inside the pool fence with them at all times. Vehicle/RV Washing - Vehicle or RV washing or repair is not permitted on the property. Golf Carts - Personal golf cart use is prohibited. Garbage - We do not have garbage pick up at your site. - Dumpsters are located near the bathhouse for your convenience. - No large, oversized items are to be put in our dumpsters. EV Charging - Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited on the property. Restrooms and Showers - Children must be supervised when using the restrooms & showers. - Please do not wash dishes in the restroom. - Dishwashing sinks are provided next to the bathhouse. - We strive to maintain clean bathrooms. - Please do your part to help maintain the cleanliness. - Please do not flush any foreign objects (diapers, feminine hygiene products, wipes...this includes "flushable" wipes) as they can clog the septic system. Firearms & Fireworks - Firearms & fireworks are strictly prohibited. - Possession or use will result in immediate removal from the park. WiFi - WiFi is offered as a free service to our guests in areas throughout the campground. - This free service is intended for quick internet searches & checking email. - It is not intended for streaming or gaming. - We do not guarantee any site will have WiFi access.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellation after arrival – no refund. RV/Tent/Transient Sites - Cancellation – (0-14 Days from reservation start date) – no refund. - Cancellation – (15-30 Days from reservation start date) - full refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee on the reservation total. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - full refund, minus a 12% cancellation fee on the reservation total. Cabins/Lodging Rentals - Cancellation – (0-30 Days from reservation start date) – no refund. - Cancellation – (31+ Days from reservation start date) - Full Refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee on the reservation total. Holiday Weekends - No refunds will be issued for cancelled holiday weekend reservations. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
