Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - The speed limit in the campground is 5MPH. - Please be present in your passage through the park. - There are many children of all ages around. Quiet Hours - Campground quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. - Please respect your neighbor’s rights to quiet hours. - No loud music, conversations, or instruments after 9 P M, noise levels must not cause a disturbance to other campers. Visitors - All visitors must register and pay visitor fees before entering the Campground. - No visiting pets. Trash - Please dispose of campsite trash in the dumpster near the exit of the Campground. Child - Children under 14 must be supervised while in the Rec Hall. - Rec Hall closes at 9PM. - Children under 14 require adult supervision at all times while in the water or on the boat docks. Glass Containers - No glass containers are allowed on the beach or the waterfront lawn. Smoking - No smoking allowed on the beach, waterfront lawn, Rec Hall or in the Bathhouses. Environmental Protection - No trimming or cutting of trees in the Campground. Pet - Pets must be on leash at all times. - If excessive barking occurs, you may be asked to remove the pet from the premises. - Pick up after your pets. - Pets are not allowed on beach areas, which include the beach and grassy areas. - We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Vehicle - A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at a campsite. - No jet skis or similar personal watercraft. - Bicycles are allowed on the roadways. - No bikes on the paths, fields, docks, or beach. Parking - Parking in the roads, near the beach, play area, and vacant campsites is prohibited. Fireworks - No fireworks allowed in the Campground. Conduct - Please respect your neighbor's rights to a relaxing visit. Campground Disclaimer - Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. - The Brandy Pond Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing, howsoever caused. - The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
