Meadowbrook Camping Area is a second generation, family owned and operated campground nestled on 60 acres. We are located in Phippsburg, Maine, a small town peninsula, just outside of Bath and only 10 minutes from the most popular beach in the area, Popham Beach State Park.

Check-In Procedure
- Check-in 2:00 pm.
- Check-out 11:00 am.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Site Use
- Only one camping unit permitted per site.
- Some exceptions may apply, please contact our office.
Site Rates
- Site rates are based on 2 adults and 3 children under 18 years old.
Site Fee
- $20 lock fee per reservation is only necessary when requesting specific sites.
- Any reservation that is not locked is subject to site change to another site equal in hookups and size.
- This is not a mandatory fee.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM.
- No loud noises, music or other disturbance are allowed out of courtesy to others.
Visiting Hours
- Visiting hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
Visitor Policy
- All visitors must register at the office and park in the designated area in front of the office.
- Visitor fee is $5 per day per adult.
- Overnight fee is $10 per night per adult.
- Overnight visitors must stay in the tent/camping unit assigned to the campsite they are visiting.
Children
- Our rules are based on common sense and are intended to provide an enjoyable family atmosphere for you and your neighbors.
- Parents are expected to inform their children of these rules and are responsible for their supervision.
- All children under 18 are asked to return to their campsite by 10 pm unless accompanied by an adult.
Pool Rules
- No life guard, swim at your own risk.
- Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult 18 years or older no exceptions.
Tree
- Moving fireplaces or cutting, chopping or putting nails into trees is not permitted.
- Please do not tie clotheslines to trees or shrubs.
- Clotheslines are permitted if attached to your RV or Tent.
Waste Disposal
- No liquid wastes may accumulate on the ground.
- Discharge gray or black water into our dumping station or proper sewer connection.
Washing Policy
- Washing campers, boats or vehicles is not allowed.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed at all times.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed in cabins or rental campers.
Smoking
- No smoking in any rental unit or buildings on campus.
Discounts
- Discounts must be applied before payment in full.
- Discount verification may be required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations may be processed online by guests as long as all the following criteria are met.
- Reservation is cancelled prior to the arrival date.
- Guest has a single credit card used for all payments on the reservation.
- The credit card on file is valid at the time of cancellation.
- All cancellation scenarios not meeting the above criteria may be cancelled upon receipt of a request in writing, attention to Chris to our email address at [email protected] or mail USPS to Meadowbrook Camping Area, 33 Meadowbrook Rd, Phippsburg, ME 04562.
- If a cancellation request is received 7 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date, a refund will be processed less a $10.00 cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation request is received with less than 7 days’ notice prior to arrival, the first night will be refunded in the form of a raincheck that can be used on future camping for one calendar year and the difference will be refunded.
- Cancellations are processed by senior management.
Refund Policy
- The method of refund will be the same as the original form of payment, for example, if paid by credit card the refund will be issued to the credit card used.
- If the payment was made by check, then a refund check will be sent to the address on file.
- If we are unable to refund to the original card for any reason, a paper check will be mailed to the address on file.
- If contact information has changed since the time of reservation, please let us know at the time you cancel.
- Refunds are initiated immediately but banks can take several days to process.
- On line booking fees and site lock fees are non-refundable.
- No refund for early departure or no show.
- Violation of these rules could mean early departure without a refund.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
