Sun Outdoors Wells Beach in Maine offers 109 RV sites, seven cottages, and 29 tent sites one mile from the Atlantic, with 20, 30, and 50-amp full hookups, cable TV, and rigs accepted to 45 feet behind a gated entrance. Large premium back-in and premium pull-through categories join standard sites, alongside a pool, mini-golf, and fitness center. One hundred nine sites span standard back-in, premium back-in, large premium back-in, deluxe pull-thru, and premium pull-thru categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 20, 30, and 50-amp with cable TV and site WiFi, sized to 45 feet, with fire pits and picnic tables. Seven cottages and 29 tent sites round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side, with a gated entrance controlling access. The property was formerly Wells Beach Resort Campground. An outdoor pool anchors the summer, with mini-golf, a fitness center, game room, sports courts, basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a playground, and pavilion filling the grounds. Live music runs through the season, a golf course is nearby, and the birding in the nearby salt marshes is exceptional. Pets are welcome. Wells sits in York County between the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge's marshes and the working-lobster and summer-resort character of the York-to-Kennebunkport shoreline — the most accessible and least crowded stretch of the Maine coast within two hours of Boston. Summer is decisively the season in southern Maine. Reserve well ahead for July and August.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all guests with stays shorter than 30 nights ("short-term guests") (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date minus a $20 fee, (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. - All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. - Monthly or Longer Stays: For all guests with stays of 30 nights or longer ("long-term guests") (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to the date that is 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 45 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. - All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. - The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking. - After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
