Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: 2 p.m. - Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - If you arrive early (prior to 2 PM) and without prior authorization, there's a $30 charge automatically added to your bill. - If you will be outside of these check-in times, you must call Mike or Nancy. - Please see Nancy or Mike if you are going to be late. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Speed & Safety - Maximum speed is 3m.p.h. At all times, beginning at the front entrance, please remind your visitors to do the same. - Please watch for children at all times. - Caught speeding will result in departure with forfeit of all fees. Quiet Hours - Quiet Time: observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This time includes an early departure. - Please be considerate of your neighbors. - Nightly patrol will ensure compliance. Visitors & Guests - Day visitors are $5 per person and must sign in at the office before visiting. - Any vehicle found on campground property without having checked in will be in violation of the rules and may be asked to leave. - Any overnight guests will be $10.00 per person and MUST sign in as well. Vehicles & Parking - Your site includes 1 vehicle; any additional vehicles will be charged $20 during the daytime and $10 for overnight parking. - Free parking during the day is available at the York High School next door. - Please watch for children at all times. No golf carts or motorized recreational vehicles, or equipment of any kind, are allowed on campground property. - If you have a motorcycle, please walk it upon entering the campground. Campfire Rules - We have a community fire pit near the pavilion for your use. - Feel free to gather around and get to know your fellow campers. - For those of you with your own covered fire pit (which should be above ground): When you begin your fire, you will need to have a full bucket of water alongside your campfire(we can provide you with one) to be used later when extinguishing your fire, no later than 10 p.m. - No exceptions. - For your convenience, ashes may be dumped into the community fire pit located at the pavilion. - No cutting or disfiguring of any trees. - Do not dump charcoal or ashes in the woods. Privacy & Etiquette - Camper’s Etiquette asks that you and your visitors never cut through any of your neighbor’s sites, which includes coming in from the back of the park. - We ask that you keep your vehicle and your belongings within your campsite at all times. Prohibited Items - Fireworks, firearms, other weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on campground property. Behavior & Conduct - Explicit behavior or inappropriate language by children or adults will not be tolerated. Smoking Rules - Please do not discard cigarette butts on the ground or in the woods. - Please no smoking or vaping in any common areas, including the fire pit. - With respect to your fellow campers, please keep smoking to a minimum outside at a distance from the property. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly campground. - Please make sure your pets behave properly and do not disturb other campers having a quiet family vacation. - Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to walk their dogs for safety reasons. - Have a copy of their rabies certificate available upon request. - Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. - Management reserves the right to refuse pets on campground property. - No aggressive dog breeds are allowed. - Always practice pet etiquette, ie, not left unattended, excessive barking, not walking through or peeing/pooping on-site property. - Walk them on the perimeter of the property by Garrison Ave. - Place dog waste in the receptacle provided, tied in a baggie. - Please do not throw it directly in the dumpster. Pavilion Use - We encourage our visitors to use the pavilion at any time, but please do not move the tables without staff present and prior approval. - For the safety of all, no bicycles, no running, scooters, skateboards, or climbing on tables allowed at any time. Deliveries - We do not accept any packages here at Flaggs, be it Amazon, FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. - We are very sorry for the inconvenience. - There are many "pick-up" centers close by, as well as a USPS in town. Weather Awareness - We do get occasional thunderstorms with heavy downpours and wind gusts. - Please keep this in mind if you have your awning out for the day and windows open. - Keep your eye on the sky. We are not responsible for broken awnings or water damage. Site Restrictions - No rugs or carpet except on gravel sites and not infringing upon your neighbor's site. - No tents (including for sleep) except a small canopy tent over your picnic table may be allowed with permission only. - There is a beach rinsing station located in front of the office under the U.S.A. flag. Plumbing Rules - Please flush only rapid-dissolving RV/marine toilet paper in the toilet of your camper. - No disposable wipes of any kind, feminine products, trash, sanitary items, paper towels, cotton balls, etc Our plumbing is very fragile here along the coast. Trash Disposal - All household trash (household trash does not include furniture, carpets, building materials, gas grills, etc.) must be in a tied plastic bag before putting it into the dumpster. - If you should run out of plastic bags, please come by the office. - Please see Mike if you have any questions regarding large items. Connectivity - Cell signals in York are notoriously slow. - Do not depend on it for work. - We make no guarantees about its speed or quality. Office & Amenities - Ice, firewood, and Flaggs shirts are available for purchase at the office. - Please see Nancy or Mike. Reservations - We are currently accepting reservations for next year; they are highly recommended to secure another summer vacation here at Flaggs. Enforcement - We reserve the right to terminate your stay here immediately if our simple rules noted above are not adhered to and/or we deem you or your visitor’s behavior to be detrimental to our campground. No Refunds.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
