Cancellation Policy
- Should a reservation need to be cancelled, the following policies apply.
- We are happy to provide a full refund less a $10 processing fee for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to reservation start date.
- Cancellations initiated between 7-13 days prior to reservation start date will be provided a 50% refund.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the reservation start date.
- Please contact us if you need more cancellation information.
Refund Policy
- Should a refund be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy, it shall be issued to the payment method which was used for the initial reservation.
- Management reserves the right to determine if any refunds are due to the customer.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service.
- Should any party be asked to leave the premises for violation of rules or the safety of other guests, no refund will be given.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
