Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 2:00 PM. - Check-out time is 12:00 PM. - It shall be unlawful to camp without a written permit. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - The speed limit throughout the parks is 5 MPH. Campers - All campers must be backed into the campsite with the hitch facing the road. Prohibited - Marijuana can be used in the confines of your RV only. - Alcohol may be consumed only at campsites or picnic sites. - Please don’t consume while walking or driving around the park. - No glass containers are permitted in the beach area. - It shall be unlawful to remove, destroy, or mutilate County Park property or equipment. - If a camper digs a hole for a gray water tank (blue boy), the hole must be filled in prior to departure from the park. - No person or persons shall take it upon themselves to install septic systems, water lines, electrical systems, or tamper with any park facilities. - No burying lines. Vehicle - A vehicle permit is required for entrance into the parks. - Annual vehicle permits must be permanently affixed to the vehicle’s windshield. - There shall be no moving of permits from vehicle to vehicle. - The permit issued must be visible to park employees. - Vehicles shall be kept in designated areas. - It shall be unlawful to sublet any trailer or camping unit. - UTV use is only permitted on the entrance and exit roads. - UTVs must have a vehicle pass if unloaded from a trailer. - All state laws are to be followed. - Power wheels, scooters, hover boards, e-bikes (all electronically/battery powered vehicles/toys) must have adult supervision. - Use only permitted in non-congested areas. - Obey the 5 MPH speed limit. - For safety reasons, no bikes, roller blades, scooters, power wheels, etc., after dark. Site - Campsite occupancy is limited to eight people, one recreational unit per site, one small tent, and one vehicle per site. - Campers shall not move from assigned sites to a different site unless authorized by park employees. - A campsite is occupied if it is paid for; do not occupy any campsite, even if unoccupied, until it is paid for. - Political flags and/or campaign shall not be posted on county park property. Quiet Time - It shall be unlawful to make excessive noise. - Quiet time will be observed after 11:00 PM. - Visitors must leave by 11:00 PM. - No entry into the park after 11:00 PM, except by registered campers. - No use of generators allowed. Children - Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. - Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children. - All children must be supervised when they are using the restrooms, playgrounds, and the beach. - Parents, please advise children to respect the rights and privacy of others by not cutting through campsites. Businesses - It shall be unlawful for any person to: peddle or solicit business of any nature. - Distribute handbills or other advertising material. - Post unauthorized signs on any land, structure, or property administered by or under the jurisdiction of the Osceola County Parks. - No vendors allowed. Swimming - The beach and swimming area are open during daylight hours only. - Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Fireworks - Fireworks and storage of fireworks are not permitted at any time on campground property. Cleanliness - Upon departure from the park, the campsite or picnic site shall be left neat and clean. - A cleaning fee may apply if the site is not left in acceptable condition. Garbage - Garbage shall be disposed of in containers provided by the park. - No garbage shall be burned within the limits of the park. - It is unlawful to dispose of private household garbage in receptacles provided on Osceola County Park-owned property. - No liquid waste of any kind, such as, but not limited to, human excreta, sink, lavatory, shower, and laundry liquid waste, shall be discharged onto the surface, onto the ground, or into the water. - No person shall dispose of sanitary napkins, disposable diapers, or paper towels, and/or other such items into toilets. - Fish cleaning shall be carried out in designated areas only. - No animal washing or vehicle washing any place within the park. Pet Policy - Two licensed dogs or cats are allowed per site. - All animals shall be under control and on a leash not exceeding 6 feet in length. - No animals are permitted within the water or land area designated as a swimming beach. - No animals are permitted to create a disturbance. - Any animal creating a disturbance or running loose may be removed from the park. - Owners will be responsible for cleaning up animal droppings left anywhere in the park; if not properly disposed of, a cleaning fee may apply. Complaints - Complaints shall be directed to employees. - If there is no resolution to your complaint, direct your concerns to the Parks Director. - If the Parks Director fails to resolve your complaint, concerns can be submitted in writing to the park’s administrative office in order to be brought before the full Parks Commission at the next meeting. Golf Carts - Golf carts may be operated by a licensed driver and can be operated on park roadways only. - Limit 1 golf cart with camper annual pass per site; annual or daily vehicle pass required for non-camper golf carts. - Please read the Golf cart agreement thoroughly and abide by the rules stated. Park Disclaimer - All park rules are enforced. - If you fail to comply with any park rule after being contacted by park employees, the manager may evict you from the park. - If you refuse to leave, you can be charged with trespassing and could be arrested.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
