We are a small family-owned and operated RV park located in northern Minnesota, just outside the Bemidji city limits. We offer a country feel with all the amenities of a city close by such as a grocery store less than a mile away. Easy on and off 2 major highways. Our well-maintained park features up-to-date amenities, including a shower house with laundry facilities, cable and streaming connections, and more! We are only minutes from downtown Bemidji, unlocking days full of fun and exciting things to do! Royal Oaks RV Park can be a busy park, and we suggest you make your reservations in advance to guarantee your spot, especially for holidays such as the 4th of July and Canada Day, as we fill up early.

Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is noon.
- Check-out time is 11 AM.
- For your convenience, please be aware of this before arriving.
- If you are arriving later in the evening, please come at a decent time so as not to disturb fellow campers.
- If you are wanting an early arrival, please phone or message the park ahead of time so arrangements can be made.
- There is a $15 early check-in fee.
- While we will make every attempt to accommodate your exact spot request, early check-ins may require a change in spot placement.
- Late check-outs must be arranged in advance.
- All late check-outs will be charged a fee depending on time of departure.
- $25 if between 11 AM-1 PM.
- $40 for 1 PM-4 PM.
- Any check-outs later than 4 PM will be charged for the full night stay.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Initial Deposit
- At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected.
- Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.
Credit Card Security
- Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children under the age of 11 must be supervised by an adult in all areas of the park.
- Guests are responsible and liable for any damages caused.
Pet Policy
- We are pet friendly with no additional fees for your furry friends.
- Pets must be walked on a visible leash.
- No exceptions.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Pets may not disturb other guests.
- Pets are the responsibility of the owner.
- Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive pets.
- All pets in the dog park must be up to date on vaccines.
- Copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request.
- Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.
- The only place dogs are allowed off leash is our fenced dog park.
- Dogs must always be accompanied by their owners when outside.
- Small dog fences may be used at your site provided that absolutely no stakes are used.
- Please do not leave your dog behind if they bark excessively.
- We will let you know if this occurs so you can return to comfort your furry friend.
- Keep dogs quiet during quiet time.
- Excessive barking is unacceptable at any time of the day.
- Dogs must always be under owners' control.
- Dogs must never be left unattended at the camper's site.
- Do not leave your pets unattended.
- If a pet is outside of the RV, it must be accompanied by its adult owner.
- Pet owners shall pick up and properly dispose of pet waste immediately.
- Site occupants or pet owners will be billed at $50 per hour for pet waste clean-up if pet waste is not immediately cleaned up.
- Minimum charge is $25.
- Barking or aggressive animals will not be tolerated.
- Pets are not permitted in the bathhouse, laundry room, or rec halls.
- Any violation of the pet policy can result in termination and expulsion from the RV park, with forfeiture of all payments made and no refund of any payments issued.
Noise & Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 10 PM-7 AM.
- Observe quiet times from 10:00 PM through 7:00 AM.
- Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time of the day.
- During quiet hours, loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, and other loud noises are not allowed.
- Keep the noise level of talking, children, and pets low and music off during quiet times.
- Enjoy music at your site at a decent volume so other campers do not have to hear it all day.
- Be mindful of your noise level.
- Quiet times are enforced so that all campers can enjoy themselves and get rest when needed.
- This is to ensure everyone enjoys their stay with us and that weary travelers get the rest they need to continue their journey.
- Have fun, but also be aware that many people go camping to enjoy peace and quiet.
Generators Policy
- The use of generators is prohibited.
Respect & Courtesy
- Please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day.
- Respect your neighbor.
- Please be considerate of your neighbor's privacy and space.
- Do not walk on or pass through the site of another guest.
- Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests.
- Please be mindful of our local laws and conservation of resources.
Events Policy
- The only exception is preplanned events put on by the RV park.
- Guests will be notified prior to events taking place.
- These are extremely rare occasions.
- Fundraising events may be held in the future for area nonprofits and organizations such as veterans and emergency workers.
- These events will be planned months in advance and published on our website.
Neighbor Policy
- Respect your neighbors' space.
- Do not walk through or park on other people's sites.
- Keep all vehicles, chairs, bikes, toys, and other belongings on your site, even if the site next to you appears to be empty.
Smoking, Alcohol, & Drugs Policy
- There is no smoking allowed in restrooms, shower facilities, laundry, or any indoor facility.
- Smoking is allowed if it is done in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of another guest.
- This includes throwing cigarette butts on the ground or in fire rings.
- Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults (21) at your site and throughout the park.
- Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
- No driving under the influence is allowed on park grounds.
Picnic Tables & Fire Rings Policy
- Each site is provided one picnic table and one fire ring.
- Please do not burn or leave trash in fire rings.
- Please do not move fire rings without permission from management.
- All fires must be contained to the ring.
- Campfires are permitted from 8 AM to midnight.
- Never leave a fire unattended.
- Fire bans may occur and will be posted.
- Any garbage found in fire rings will be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
- Many fire rings are used for cooking and should be kept clean.
- Please do not move picnic tables from another site.
- If you need another table, please reach out to staff so that we may help you.
Campfire Policy
- Mind your campfire.
- All outdoor and open fires must stay within the fire rings at the RV site.
- Campers must attend all open fires at all times and fully extinguish them when they are not in use.
- Check to be sure that campfires are currently allowed in the campground.
- Keep the campfire flame at a decent size.
- Never leave a campfire unattended.
- Fully extinguish the campfire before leaving or going to sleep.
- Only park-provided firewood may be burned in the park.
- Damages may be charged for any firewood brought into the park, as it will be assumed to carry invasive species.
Tent Policy
- No tents allowed.
- This includes screen tents.
- Rec rooms are available if you need shelter from the weather.
- Stakes of any sort are not allowed in the ground.
Sewer & Wastewater Hookups
- All sewer hoses must be undamaged.
- Sewer connections must be tight.
- Replacement sewer hoses and donuts are available at the office.
- The discharge of any wastewater, including septic or grey water, is strictly prohibited on the ground.
- Violators will be subject to a fine and possible removal from the property.
- Leaking hoses or water heaters are not allowed.
- Please ensure that your hose is connected correctly.
- Washers, new hoses, and pressure regulators are available at the office.
Vehicle & Parking Policy
- Two vehicles are included with each reservation.
- Motorcycles and trailers are counted as a vehicle.
- Additional vehicles are $5 per day and subject to the availability of parking in designated areas.
- A maximum of 2 vehicles and 1 RV are allowed per site.
- Any extra vehicles or trailers must be approved and parked in a separate reserved lot and will incur a separate fee.
- All vehicles must have a parking pass from the office upon check-in.
- Ensure that your pass is always visible with your site number and proper departure date.
- Park vehicles only in your site.
- Keep all wheels off grass.
- Do not park on the grass or on any other RV sites.
- Towing is enforced at the owner's expense.
Driving Policy
- Do not drive through or exit across another campsite regardless of occupancy.
Vehicle Maintenance & Washing Policy
- Vehicle maintenance is not allowed at the RV site or on the park premises, excluding replacement of a battery or tire.
- No washing of campers is allowed at any time at the RV site.
- You may wash your windshield or rinse your camper with straight water.
- Wash your camper at the local car wash.
Vehicle & Traffic Rules
- Speed limit is 5 MPH.
- Please obey posted speed limits on the property.
- Failure to obey the 5 MPH speed limit may result in removal from the property without a refund.
- The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park and will be enforced.
- The speed limit is there to ensure the safety of all campers.
- Observe the speed limit and be aware of children running, biking, and playing near the road.
ATV and UTV Rules
- ATV and UTV use is prohibited in the park other than park-owned vehicles used for the operation of the property.
- While operation on park grounds is not allowed, guests are welcome to stay at the resort.
- Links for riding in the area are available on the campground app.
Golf Carts, Motorcycles, & Scooters
- Golf carts, motorcycles, and scooters are allowed.
- All operators must be a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Learners' permits are not acceptable.
- All such vehicles must be insured.
- A waiver must be on file at the office for all such vehicles.
- Lights must always be on when operating after sunset.
- Vehicles must be operated properly.
- No horseplay, racing, or other misuse will be tolerated.
- Vehicles are to be operated on roads and gravel site pads only.
- Never operate vehicles on the grass.
- No driving through RV sites or other prohibited areas.
- Operation while consuming or under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or other illicit drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Maximum capacity may never be exceeded.
- All passengers must be seated when the vehicle is in motion.
Bicycle Policy
- Follow all local regulations.
- All riders are recommended to wear a helmet while riding a bicycle or cart.
- Bike and cart riders must obey the same rules of the road as a motor vehicle.
- When operating a bike after sunset, a light must be on both the front and rear of the bike.
- All pedal carts must be returned by 8 PM.
Fireworks & Weapons
- No fireworks allowed on park property.
- Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding ownership and possession of firearms.
- Brandishing any type of weapon or making threats of violence against self or others will not be tolerated.
- Violations will result in law enforcement being notified and immediate permanent removal from the property.
- Lawful carry is permitted on this property.
- If open carrying on this property, a valid permit to carry must be provided upon staff request.
- Discharge of any weapon, including but not limited to BB guns or bows, is prohibited.
- Violations will result in immediate and permanent removal from the property without a refund.
- In emergencies, dial 911.
Site Maintenance & Cleanliness Policy
- Keep a tidy campsite.
- Keep your site clean and free of trash at all times.
- All garbage must be placed in one of the dumpsters located in the park.
- Clean up all garbage and food to avoid attracting wildlife.
- Clean up your site at the end of the night by placing outdoor supplies, bins, toys, and similar items under or close to your RV or in your car.
- This allows everyone to enjoy a clean campground in the morning and helps protect your belongings in case of wind or rain during the night.
- All grills, bicycles, and other items must be put away out of sight nightly.
Rugs & Carpets Policy
- Rugs and ground carpets are only allowed on gravel site pads.
- Rugs and carpets are not allowed on grass.
- Please fold your carpets if needed and tuck them under your camper to keep them on the gravel.
- Please inquire with staff if you would like tips on how to position your rug and get full use of it.
- We are happy to help you.
- Clotheslines, Tarps, And Canopies
- No laundry lines, tarps, additional structures, or canopies are permitted in the park.
Camper Policy
- The camper is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their party.
- The camper shall be personally liable for any personal injuries or property damage caused by or arising from the actions or inactions of anyone in their party.
- Camping and related activities have inherent risks.
- The camper shall indemnify and hold harmless Royal Oaks RV Park for any losses, claims, damages, injuries, or other charges alleged or brought against Royal Oaks RV Park arising out of or caused by the camper or anyone in their party.
Alcohol Policy
- Excessive consumption of alcohol and intoxication will not be tolerated.
Lost & Found
- Lost and found items may be picked up within one week.
- If you have continued your travels and realize you have forgotten something, you may reach out to us.
- We will ship items to you at our convenience.
- We will do our best to work with you.
- You will pay shipping costs with our chosen carrier and a small handling fee.
Mail & Shipments
- You may receive mail and packages at our park.
- All deliveries are to be picked up at the office.
- Delivery times vary daily for all carriers and cannot be guaranteed by a certain time.
- Please ensure that the name of a registered guest is on your delivery.
- Packages may be accepted prior to arrival.
Food Deliveries
- Restaurant deliveries must be made at the designated spot by the park entrance.
- Delivery drivers are restricted from delivering directly to your site.
- Please provide delivery drivers with a correct phone number.
- Please be prepared to promptly meet them for your food.
- Check the campground app for a list of places that offer delivery and dine-in options.
Loss Or Damages
- Royal Oaks RV Park is not responsible for any loss caused by fire, theft, storm, or accident.
- Valuables should be stowed and secured when you are not at your RV site, including awnings and chairs, as weather conditions can change.
Campground Disclaimer
- Be rule friendly.
- Violations of these rules may result in expulsion without a refund.
- Know these rules and follow them closely.
- Observe general campground etiquette at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are given on or after arrival or check-in.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded less a $10 fee or 5%, whichever is greater, to cover processing fees charged to us.
- In unlikely event must cancel or check out early with less than 7 days notice, please reach out to our office.
- All cancellations will have a minimum $10 cancellation fee.
- We may at our discretion offer a park credit, which must be used within one year.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
