Elk Lake Campground

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Check-out time: 12:00 pm. - Only one camper per site. - Additional campers or tents will be charged according to the fee schedule. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome in the campground if they are under control at all times. - They are not to enter other campsites, and all litter must be cleaned up and properly disposed of. - Any nuisance barking must be immediately controlled, or you may be asked to remove the animal from the campground. - Campers are asked to keep rabies vaccination information for their pet in their camper. - No pets allowed on the beach. - There is a $5 charge for each pet per stay for non-seasonal campers. - Limit of two pets per site. - Campers are asked to bring proof of rabies vaccinations with them. Playground - Any child caught vandalizing property or teasing other children will be asked to leave the playground. - An adult or appropriate babysitter must accompany all children under the age of six (6) years. Garbage - Bag all food garbage in plastic and tie shut before placing in the dumpster, to prevent odor and rodents, which are drawn to the garbage area. Speed Limit - It shall be unlawful for any type of vehicle to travel at a rate more than 10 miles per hour while within the limits of the campground. - All traffic signs must be obeyed. Parking - Each campsite has limited parking. - Additional vehicles or boats should park in the large triangle area south of the playground area. Quiet Time - To assure proper enjoyment of the campground, quiet time shall exist from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and shall require what the name implies, including no loud talking or shouting, no boisterous or intoxicated behavior, no foul language, or conduct that disturbs the other guests. - Children are to be at a campsite during quiet time and are not to run about the campground or ride bikes after dark. Campers - Campers are responsible for insuring their units and all property for personal injury. - Camper agrees that the Campground is not responsible for any loss, property damage, or injury to campers or their guest while on Campground property. Golf Carts - Golf carts should carry any required insurance. - Please keep golf carts off the bike path, and they can only be driven by licensed drivers.
