Gulf Haven Campground LLC

Check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM; late check-out is $10 per hour until 4:00 PM, after which the full nightly rate applies. All guests must register and provide identification. Tents are prohibited. RVs must be self-contained, presentable, and generally 10 years old or newer; sewer hoses must be elevated and leak-free. Keep sites clean; no outdoor appliances, skirting, built steps, porches, clotheslines, vehicle/RV repairs, broken-down vehicles, fireworks, or firearms. Fires are allowed only at the courtyard fire pit; gas/charcoal grills and small propane fire pits are permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Alcohol must remain at the guest’s site. Children must be supervised. Pets must be leashed (maximum 6-foot leash), supervised, cleaned up after, and kept out of restrooms; no snakes/reptiles or vicious/unapproved pets, up to 3 animals, and visitor pets are not allowed. Golf carts and motorized scooters must be registered, insured, and operated by licensed drivers only; no riding 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Rule violations may result in ejection without refund.

The required one-night deposit serves as the cancellation fee. Gulf Haven does not offer refunds. If the City requires a mandatory evacuation, a credit will be issued.
