Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - Observe our speed limit of 10 mph. Safety and Courtesy - Be aware of park hookups as well as other campers while backing into your RV space. Site Clean - Keep your site clean and orderly. Garbage - Deposit garbage into the dumpster. Be Polite - Be polite to other guests. Children - Parents are responsible for their children. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m daily. Pets - All pets must be leashed and accompanied by the owner. - Pick up after your pets. - No permanent fences allowed. - Only portable fences shall be permitted for pets. Maintenance and Reporting - Let us know of any conditions that require our attention. No Peddling/Soliciting - No peddling, soliciting, or commercial enterprise will be allowed. Behavior and Conduct - No fighting or loud, obnoxious, drunken, threatening, or foul language, conduct, or acts shall be permitted. No illegal activity - No illegal activity. Behavior and Conduct - Please respect other campers by not walking through their site. Assumption of Risk - We assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property, including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God. Occupancy and Stay Limits - RVs shall not be on a lot site more than one hundred eighty consecutive days. - They may change to another lot site that is not adjacent to the current lot site. Vehicle Requirements - All RVs and vehicles required to tow a towable RV shall be fully licensed and ready for highway use. No tie-downs - No tie-downs. Appliances - Appliances shall not be permitted outside of an RV. Debris - No construction debris allowed in dumpsters. - No outside debris allowed in the dumpsters. Fully Licensed - All vehicles must be fully licensed and ready for highway use. Site Appearance and Setup - Any furnishings to be assembled with tools shall not be permitted outside of an RV. - External storage sheds, outbuildings, racks, or shelves shall not be permitted outside of an RV. - There shall be no additions built onto any recreational vehicle. - Storage under an RV shall not be permitted. - No upholstered furniture permitted outside an RV. Etiquette and Courtesy - Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Temporary Tents - Temporary tents (easy-ups or similar assemblies) shall be allowed for weather coverage only, but are not to be used for overnight lodging or storage. Construction Materials - No construction materials shall be permitted outside of an RV. Tarps - Tarps shall not be permitted to cover up an RV, items on picnic tables, or cover up items on the lot. Vehicle/RV Cleaning Prohibition - No washing of an RV or motor vehicle. Site Maintenance and Use Restrictions - No RV or vehicle repairs or maintenance shall be permitted on the premises. Health & Safety / Utility Use - Connections to sewer or water shall not have leaks. - No discharge of sewage or gray water on the ground. Skirting - Skirting on RVs shall not be permitted except during the time period from October 1st through March 31st. - All skirting shall be removed during all other times of the year. - Plastic sheeting, plywood, tarps, or other makeshift skirting items that require tools to attach to the RV shall not be permitted. Propane Tanks - Propane tanks 100lbs or more shall be strapped or cabled to auger-style earth anchors. Rates - Rates are subject to change. Management Authority & Rules - Management reserves the right to amend the rules at any time. - We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises without cause.
