The Gallatin County Fairgrounds is home to numerous public, private, and athletic events. We pride ourselves on enhancing partnerships, building a stronger community, and bringing people together to celebrate, learn, and have fun!
Our multi-use public facility operates year-round, providing a safe and enjoyable space to host events of all kinds. From sports, educational, and agricultural events to wedding receptions, class reunions, and commercial functions, our facilities can be adapted to meet all your event needs.

Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time: 12 p.m.
- Check-out time: 12 p.m.
- Early check-in is not permitted.
- The guests who paid for the site the night before you have paid for their site until noon.
- We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early.
- If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon.
- We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early.
- If not vacated by noon, additional fees may be incurred, and vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
- You do not need to get in touch with the office for check-out unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in.
- Late check-ins are allowed at any time; please just reach out to the park for instructions.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Site Changes
- You have been assigned a specific site.
- If you wish to move, please check with the office first.
- Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.
- Please inquire before moving sites.
Facilities And Services
- No restrooms or showers available.
- Water fill is available on premises for those staying in electric and dry camping spaces for a nominal $5 charge.
Fires And Safety
- Open fires are not allowed in our park.
- This includes propane fire pits.
Parking Policy
- Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site.
- Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
- Each paid guest registration covers one RV per site and one vehicle per site unless noted.
- Extra vehicles must be parked in designated parking spots behind our building or fence.
- Do not park on the grass.
- No parking in common areas.
- Do not park in the middle of the road.
- Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV sites.
Site And Vehicle Rules
- Space rented is for one tow vehicle and one RV or camper only.
- No other vehicles or trailers are allowed to be stored at the fairgrounds without authorization.
- Stay within your designated site.
- Absolutely no parking in any other RV site.
- The tow vehicle must be unhitched from the trailer and must not block the drive lane.
- Parking is available across the drive lane from your site.
- No parking on grass.
- The RV parking pass must be attached to the assigned spot.
- No tents allowed.
Vehicle Policies
- The park speed limit is 5 mph.
- This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe.
- Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning.
- Multiple warnings may result in you being asked to leave.
- Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
- Each paid guest registration covers one RV per site and one vehicle per site unless otherwise noted.
- Extra vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas.
- Trailers, boats, and additional vehicles will incur extra fees.
- A nightly registration covers one RV and one vehicle only.
- No parking in common areas.
- Do not park in the middle of the road.
- Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV sites.
- Off-highway vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, motorcycles, and golf carts are welcome onsite but may only be used to travel directly to and from your site.
Pet Policies
- Dogs must be on a leash, and waste must be picked up immediately.
- We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times.
- This helps you, your pet, and other guests’ pets stay safe.
- Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet at all times.
- Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites.
- Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets may not be left unattended in our park.
- Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave.
- Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet, as many factors, including weather or power outages, can affect their well-being while you are away.
- Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.
- Excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests.
- Pets are the responsibility of the owner.
- Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.
General Park Policies
- You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV.
- Amp usage over the 50 amps provided can trip your breaker.
- Please be mindful of your amp usage so that you do not trip your breaker during your stay.
- Please notify the office so that maintenance can be informed if you have any electrical issues during your stay.
- Guests are not permitted to diagnose electrical pedestals due to insurance and safety requirements.
- Maintenance is happy to help.
- Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
- We offer dry camping on all our sites, and guests can use a promo code for the rate.
- Any guest caught using the promocode and connecting to an electrical meter in any way will be charged the daily electrical rate and subject to a $50 fee.
- There are no restrooms or showers available.
Quiet Time Policies
- Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Anyone playing loud music will receive one warning.
- Continued noise disturbances will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal
- Trash cans are located throughout the park.
- Please tie trash bags completely closed and place them fully inside the trash container.
- If the first can is full, please use another container.
- Do not place trash on the ground.
- Please do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans.
- Do not dispose of motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items.
- Failure to follow this rule may result in disposal fee charges.
Dumping And Waste Disposal
- No dumping of gray water or other fluids onto the ground.
- Many local gas stations have an RV dumping station.
Fireworks And Firearms
- Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park.
- The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers.
- The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns.
- If any of these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Repairs
- We are happy to recommend a local mobile RV repair service that can assist you at your site.
- We do not have an established record with any specific repair services.
- We are glad to suggest providers that have previously serviced RVs at the park.
Safety And Emergencies
- If you need to phone 911 for any reason and time allows, please get in touch with the office so maintenance staff can be prepared to escort emergency personnel to your site.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
