Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is after 11:00 am each day. - Check-out time is 10:00 am. - All guests must stop by the office to register during office hours. - Check-out time can be flexible. - Please reach out to the office by 10:00 am to extend your stay. - Late fees are as follows: $5.00 per hour after 11:00 am, $10.00 per day for weekly stays with no grace period, and $10.00 per day for monthly stays after a three-day grace period. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours & Courtesy - Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Overly loud music is not permitted at any time. - Be respectful of fellow guests and do not walk through RV sites. - Please do not stream videos or movies on our WiFi. - Dispose of cigarette butts in the trash and not on the ground or in flower pots throughout the park. - No smoking in any buildings. Safety & Speed - The park speed limit is 5 mph for guest safety. - Please use extreme caution when reversing and turning around corners. Campfires & Cooking - No wood burning of any kind is allowed. - Propane fire pits and grills are welcome and must be six inches above the ground with a spark arrestor on top. Children - Children under the age of 10 are to be supervised at all times. Tents & Outdoor Items - Tents are not permitted outside of the tenting area. - No stakes of any kind are permitted in the grass. - Clotheslines are not allowed. - No mats or rugs are allowed on the grass. - Place any mats you wish to use on the gravel. Laundry - Laundry facilities are open 24/7. Vehicles & Parking - One RV and two vehicles are permitted per site. - Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. - Please visit the office for additional parking arrangements. RV Condition & Maintenance - RVs must be in good working condition and clean. - The park reserves the right to refuse service to any rig based on its condition. - No generator use is allowed. - RV and vehicle repairs are not permitted unless pre-approved by management. - Changing any fluids is not allowed in the park. Personal Property - Please keep all personal property and valuables in your vehicles when possible, and your yard clear of clutter. RV Washing & Water Use - Washing your RV on-site is $20 for RV and tow, and $10 for tow only. - There is no charge to fill a bucket to wash off the front window and headlights with a squeegee. - If you connect to the hose to rinse, there will be a $5 fee. - You must pay at the office before washing. - Paying afterward will cost double. Sewer & Water Rules - A positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose is required. - No gray water, porta-potties, or black water dumping on the ground. Weather & Site Care - Because of sudden storms, please do not leave awnings out when you leave the park. - Damage to sites or trash left behind upon departure will result in a minimum $100 site fee for cleanup and repairs. Occupancy & Fees - Any site with more than two people will have an additional fee added. Long-term Stays & Background Checks - As of April 9th, 2025, a background check will be completed for any guests wishing to stay longer than 14 days. - A $40 fee applies for the background check. - Monthly guests who are convicted felons are not allowed to stay overnight on the premises without a completed background check. Guests And Visitors - All visiting guests must register at the office. - Day visitors may arrive after 8:00 am and must leave the park grounds by 10:00 pm. - Overnight guests must be approved by management and may be subject to fees. - Overnight guests may only stay on park grounds for up to seven days. - Bathrooms have posted signs and are not gender-neutral. - Improper bathroom use will result in being asked to depart the premises. - Bathroom codes may be changed without notice. - Please visit the office to receive the new restroom code. - If you are caught giving out bathroom codes, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. - Bathrooms and laundry are coded to ensure the safety of all guests. Pet Policy - Customers staying 14 days or longer will pay a pet deposit of $25.00 per pet. - The deposit is refundable upon departure, pending staff inspection. - Pet vaccination records are required for each pet. - Pets are not allowed in the office due to possible allergic reactions to others. - Please keep pets on a leash (6’ max length) or in your RV at all times. - Do not leave pets unattended in the park. - Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. - When they poop, you scoop. - Only you can prevent a pet deposit. - Do not allow pets to walk in or relieve themselves in flower beds. - Pets are not allowed in the bathroom or laundry facilities. - Please keep pets quiet, especially at night. - Aggressive or guard dogs are not allowed. - Management reserves the right to refuse any pet. Site Lock Policy - Reservations guarantee a site type, not a specific site number. - To guarantee a specific site number, please choose the “Site Lock” function when booking. - A $10 fee will apply. - Every effort will be made to make the desired site available for those using the site lock feature. - If circumstances beyond our control prevent the site from being available (such as mechanical or medical issues preventing a guest from vacating), a similar replacement site will be provided, and the $10 site lock fee will be refunded. Liability - Great Falls RV Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons, pets, or property. - Guests are responsible for their actions and those of their visitors.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
