Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Applications & Approval - Must call and fill out the application to be approved for long-term camping. Vehicles - Maximum number of cars at camp area: 2 Pet Policy - Pets allowed: 3 Cleaning & Dumping - The stalls will be cleaned by the renter. - You must clean and dump at the dump area by the pavilion. Family Environment - Fergus County Fairgrounds is a family-oriented facility, and staff strive to maintain the facility as a healthy, safe, and attractive environment. Site Maintenance - RVs, tents, and campsites will be maintained in reasonably good aesthetic condition (not unattractive to others) and in a clean and safe manner without clutter or other accumulations of items. Alterations - No permanent alterations may be made to the campsite. Utilities - Any utilities (water, sewer, electricity) are provided as a convenience for campers. - The Fairgrounds shall not be liable for interruptions to these services. Compliance with Rules & Laws - All rules and policies of the Fairgrounds and all local, state, and federal laws shall be followed. Authority of Staff - Fairgrounds staff have the full authority to determine whether rules or policies have been violated and to give directions to campers on how to correct violations. Eviction - Campers may be evicted at any time for any reason. - Suspicion of illegal activity will result in immediate eviction. Agreement Terms - This agreement is not a lease for a dwelling unit and is not governed by the Montana Landlord Tenant Act. Liability & Insurance - Neither Party is liable for the consequences of any act or omission of the other Party. - Campers are responsible for insuring their property and will not make claims against the fairgrounds policy for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
