Glacier Meadow RV Park and Campground

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1 p.m. - Check-out time: 11 a.m. - All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Management Rights & Liability - The Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. Guest Responsibility - The Guest agrees to read and comply with all campground rules, regulations, and policies referenced within the reservation process Speed & Quiet Hours - Speed limit is 10 miles per hour. - Quiet time is between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Campsite Use - No tents in Pull-through sites shared with an RV. - Large wooded sites only. Children & Supervision - Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children and any damage they cause. Visitor Policy - Rate is for 2 Adults per site. - Any additional overnight guests age 11 and up are $15.00 per person, per day. Vehicle & Equipment Restrictions - No washing of Cars, RVs, Travel Trailers, or Motorhomes. Campfires - Fires are permitted at individual campsites and in the pavilion. - Please extinguish all fires completely. - No garbage in the fire rings. - Do not move fire rings in the pull-through sites. - During fire restrictions, only propane fires are allowed. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome. - Please be courteous and protect your pets and the pets of other guests. - Glacier Meadow RV Park is not responsible for any injury to your pets. - Pets are not permitted inside any enclosed buildings. - All pets must be kept on a handheld leash at all times in the park area. - They are welcome to run freely in our dog run, the West Meadow area, at your own risk. - There is no fence. - You must pick up after your pets in all areas of the park. - Failure to abide by our pet policy could result in removal from the park with no refund. - Place doggie waste bags in the provided outdoor trash cans. Parking - Parking is allowed on the grass across from your rig in the pull-through area. - Additional parking is available by the pavilion. Trash - This is bear country! Please help by not feeding the bears! - Please tie all garbage bags closed and place them in the tin cans at the trash stations. - Do NOT place garbage on the ground. - Do not make the bags too heavy. - Break down all boxes. - Do NOT leave garbage or food outside. - To avoid bears visiting at night, place all garbage in the trash cans between 6 am and 7:15 pm. - Do not leave Petroleum products outside. Shower House - Open 24/7 except for closing for cleaning once per day. - Please help keep the shower house clean. Laundry - Laundry room is open 24/7. - Change is available in the office. - Do not leave your laundry unattended. - Do not launder any pet bedding. - Please park on the grass. Emergency Information - Emergency Phone Numbers are posted in the laundry room.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
