Rules
Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in for Campsite: 1 pm - 8 pm.
- Check-out for Cabins & Yurts: 3 pm - 8 pm.
- Check-out: 11 am.
- Reservations are guaranteed until 8:00 p.m. on the expected day of arrival.
- All guests must arrive by 8:00pm and check-in at the General Store to register. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled and subject to re-rental.
- After check out time you are no longer considered a registered camper, and additional fees may be incurred.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Reservations
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
- Must be 21 or older to make a reservation and be present at the time of check-in.
- Minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Reservations are non-transferable.
- Reservation requests are not guaranteed until the 100% deposit has been received.
- A 100% deposit by MasterCard or Visa must be given by phone.
- Reservations are only guaranteed until 8 PM on the expected day of arrival.
- Please inform us of any changes.
- Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled and subject to re-rental.
- While we hope you do not need to cancel, we have a high demand for our sites, so we must enforce a strict cancellation/no-show policy.
- Reservations cancelled outside 30 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and reservations cancelled inside 30 days are subject to no refund.
- All No Show/No Calls are subject to the remainder of the balance due on the reservation.
- No group reservations except on site 62.
- We do not allow site hopping.
Site Changes
- You have been assigned a specific site.
- If you wish to move please check with the office.
- Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.
- Please inquire before moving sites.
Open Fires
- Open fires are not allowed in our park.
- Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings.
- We have portable fire pits available for guests to rent for the night.
- Fire pit rental is $2 per night, and you must place the fire pit over the gravel or concrete so that the heat from it does not damage
the grass.
Parking
- Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site.
- Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
Storage
- Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table.
Site and Park Navigation
- Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.
- Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Washing
- Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge.
- Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.
Pet Policies
- We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times.
- This helps you, your pet, and other guests and their pets stay safe.
- Be a good neighbor, and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always.
- Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites, please.
- Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave.
- Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors, including weather, power outages, etc., can affect your pet's well-being while you are away.
- If you are staying in one of our glampers or motel rooms, pets are not allowed on the furniture. For any incidents, there will be a $25.00 charge per occurrence.
- Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park.
- Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
- Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.
- Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets should never be left unattended.
- Pets are allowed on campsites, roads and trails, but not in buildings or the designated swimming hole.
Speed Limit
- The park speed limit is 5 mph.
Vehicle Policies
- This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe.
- Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning.
- Multiple warnings will require us to ask you
to leave.
- Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
Parking
- Each paid guest registration covers 1 vehicle per site unless noted.
- Extra vehicles will need to be parked in additional parking spots behind our building or fence.
- Please do not park on our grass.
- Ruts caused on your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges.
- Trailers, Boats, and additional vehicles will cost additional fees for camping.
- A nightly registration for 1 vehicle only.
- No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road.
- Do not park in sites that you did not register for, and do not block our garages or our bathroom, or our laundry room doors.
- Parking on the grass is not permitted.
Quiet Hours
- 10 PM - 7 AM Radios, car stereos, conversations, etc must be limited to your site and not a disruption to adjoining campers.
Respect Others
- All campers and their guests must to be respectful and courteous to their fellow campers, guests, and campground employees at all times during their stay.
Personal Items
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Protected Woods
- No cutting, marking, carving, peeling or disfiguring of any tree or brush.
- Damage to protected woods is against NH State Law and are subject to fines.
Children
- Campers are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
- Minors must be on their site or in the company of an adult after 10 PM.
- Younger children should have an adult with them in the bathhouse or at the river.
Visitors
- Please inform us if you expect visitors.
- They must register, pay the required fee and get a car pass before entering the campground.
- Day visitors must leave by 9 PM. unregistered visitors will be asked to leave.
Motorcycles / Bikes
- Motorcycles may be used to enter or leave the campground only.
- Bicycles should stay on roads or trails and ride during daylight only.
Deer on Trail Fires
- Please maintain fires at a safe level in the fire ring or stone fireplace only.
- Do not move the rings (against NH State Law) and never leave the fire unattended.
- Extinguish fires when you leave or retire for the night.
- Fires need to be out by 11:30 pm.
Alcohol / Drugs
- Public display of intoxication, underage drinking or disorderly conduct will result in eviction without refund and possible arrest.
- Marijuana is illegal in New Hampshire.
- Usage on the property is prohibited and could result in eviction and possible arrest.
Trash / Food Storage
- Please place your trash in the dumpsters located near the entrance.
- Food and trash must be secured at all times because we are sharing the location with a wide variety of wildlife.
- At no time should you store food, coolers or in your tent.
- We recommend putting all trash / food containers in a secure vehicle when not in use.
- Keep a clean site, keep food prep and storage away from sleeping areas.
- Please wash pots & dishes in outdoor sinks or at our dishwashing station.
RV Dumping
- NH State Law prohibits the discharge of fluids from RVs onto the ground
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
