Our RV park and campground offer a range of accommodations for launching your next outdoor excursion, including RV sites, tent camping, rustic cabins, and even tiny home parking, all located right on the top of the Continental Divide in historic Pinos Altos, New Mexico. Located in the mountains just 7 miles north of Silver City, New Mexico, and a scenic drive from the stunning Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument, our campground is the perfect home base for exploring this incredible and unique area of southwest New Mexico. For those looking to soak in natural hot springs, we even have several nearby options to choose from, located in some of the wildest and remotest areas of the rugged Gila National Forest. Our RV sites, trailer parkin,g and van parking offer full hookups (electric, water, sewer) and plenty of space for your vehicle and gear, while our tent camping and rustic cabin rental areas are nestled among juniper trees for a true New Mexico experience. And, if you're a tiny home owner looking for a more long-term and affordable stay, we even have tiny home parking for our tiny community friends. Rules

Check In Procedure - Check In: 3:00 PM - Check Out: 11:00 AM - Please request a late checkout with the camp host. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan for a prompt departure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hour - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Campground Standard Policy - All guests and visitors must pre-register online or with the camp host prior to parking in a camp space. - We want all children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. - Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone. - We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. - You are liable for their health, safety, and behavior. - Tent camping is permitted only in designated tent spaces with a valid reservation. - Tents are limited to a maximum of two per tent site. - The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site. - Water and sewer connections – a positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose is required. - Rubber washers must be used at all times on water connections. - Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Please leave laundry as you would like to find them. If they are in need of attention, please notify the manager. - Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited. - However, keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. - Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough and will allow for it. - Please do not park in adjacent RV spots. - Clothing lines are not allowed. No cheater boxes or pigtails allowed. - Continental Divide Park & Camp is not responsible for any electrical components on RVs. - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. - They will be cause for immediate eviction without refund. - Visitors are welcome at guest sites but must first register with the camp host. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM. - Continental Divide Park & Camp is in a mountainous wildlife habitat area. - There are coyotes, birds of prey, deer, mountain lions, bears, and reptiles. - All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times. Disposal - The dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. - All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. - Do not leave trash outside your RV. - Cleanliness of the park and reduced risk of wildlife interaction are important to us. Speed Limit - Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph. Pets - Please maintain control of your pets at all times. - Unless otherwise permitted in writing, up to 2 pets are allowed on leash per RV Spot. - Owners must immediately clean up after their pets. - Please do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent. - No pets other than service animals are allowed in the bathhouse or laundry. - The same rules apply for cats as for dogs. - Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. - Service animals are allowed. Safety - No fireworks or open fires allowed. - No open firearms displayed. - Wood fire pits, deep fryers, and tiki torches are prohibited. - Propane grills and charcoal grills are allowed in designated campsites only. - Fire bans must be strictly followed when in effect. - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. Prohibited Substance - Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the Premises. - Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. - Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. - Any information reported will be strictly confidential. Smoking - Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not smoke within 10 feet of any neighboring RV or Camp spot or park facilities. - Smoking is not allowed inside any of the park facilities. - Please properly dispose of cigarettes in a fireproof container.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
