Choose from our wooded, well-spaced sites, with both pull-thru and double slideout site convenience, or one of five Camping Cabins. We’re proud of our super-clean restrooms, laundry, playground, WiFi (both free and paid options), store, rowboat, canoe, and kayak rentals. Rules

Registration and Arrival Check In Procedure - Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. - Check-out time for sites: 12 p.m. - Check-out time for cabins: 11:00 a.m. - Office/registration desk hours are posted. - No early check-ins. - Arrivals after 6 pm require prior notification to staff, as the office is closed, but the entry gate is video-monitored and radio-equipped. - Upon check-in, a signature is required upon receipt of policy statements. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservations - Cabins require a 2-night minimum stay; campsites have a one-night minimum. - One camping unit per site, per reservation. - No tents may be added to sites or with cabins. - We do not offer tent sites or any reservations for tent configurations in or on cars, trucks, or SUVs. - We do not permit guests to reserve or sleep in a passenger car or truck for any RV site. - One RV and one vehicle per site; overflow parking is available. - Changes in dates and adding additional guests to your reservation may result in additional charges, per the management. - Failure to accurately reserve all people and pets will result in additional fees, re-booking, or, in exceptional circumstances, cancellation of your reservation on arrival. - Cabins have a strict occupancy policy, which we will not exceed as per our license to operate by the Department of Health. - Registered camper must be at least 21 years of age and must occupy the site reserved. Campsite - Campsite rates are based on a family of up to 2 adults and their children. (max.4) (18 and under) - Cabin rates are based on up to 2 adults and 2 youths (small cabins) and 2 adults and up to 4 youths (18 and under) (large cabins). - Occupancy is strictly enforced per NY health regulations. - There is a $5 fee per additional adult per night on campsites when those adults are included in the original reservation. - Total occupancy of campsites cannot exceed 6 persons. - Any in-person store purchases using a credit or debit card will incur a 3% convenience fee. Visitors/holiday Weekends - We do not allow you to have visitors to your transient campsites or cabins on holiday weekends. (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) Visitors/non-holiday Dates - During non-holiday dates, visitors must be pre-registered by reserved guests prior to their arrival; visitors must register and pay upon arrival. - Not to exceed 5 visitors per site, per day ($5 /Adult), per night ($10 /Adult). - We are pet friendly, but we do not allow pets with your visitors. - No overnight visitors in cabins. No Shows - We do not offer refunds for “No Shows." - Your site will become available to others if you have not arrived by 10 pm on your expected date of arrival. Pet Policy - Up-to-date rabies immunization must be presented when registering, and a copy must be filed with the office. - Limit 2 pets per campsite unless prior authorization. - No pets in cabins/ on cabin sites. - No exception to pet policies. - No pets with your visitors. $2 fee per pet/per night/limit 2 pets. - Failure to include pets at the time of reservation will incur a $10 per pet/per night fee upon check in. - Car top boats/kayaks/canoes only, APA does not allow trailered boats, as per our license. Prohibited - No smoking (cigs, pipes, vapes) off your site, in common areas or in restrooms. - No smoking in cabins, no exceptions. - Recreational marijuana and non-prescribed controlled substances are prohibited. WiFi - WiFi is shared usage and we offer both free and paid options. NY State Department of Conservation - Bans transporting firewood, (unless kiln dried), from over 50 miles from a campground. - Firewood purchased within 50 miles must have a certificate (receipt) of proof where purchased. - We value our trees and will not allow them to be threatened. - We sell firewood on site. Drone - Drone use is prohibited unless with specific permission of Campground owner. Park Disclaimer - Management reserves the right to change Policies and Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
